I bought an electric scooty eight months ago and I am extremely dissatisfied. Not only is the battery malfunctioning, but the tire has also developed a dangerous bubble. These issues, along with the previously mentioned wobbling, have made the ride uncomfortable and risky. To make matters worse, the customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful. I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing this product due to its unacceptable quality and lack of support.

My father bought this bike, and it's amazing results in our riding comfort. The battery also has good performance. My native place is also in the hills to ride this bike faster in hill places. Very worst service. all service take very long time .motor warranty take above 100 days. periodic service takes 10 days. I bought a bike 11 months ago. but now the bike has been 68 days in the service centre .hero Electric bike is simply a waste very the worst service in all Hero Electric service centres.
