Dealer behaviour was polite. Riding experience is comfortable in city road. Looks beautiful and cute. I haven't spent a single coin after purchase. Good service by the dealer and the scooty needs no maintenance. Only off road riding experience is not good. Riding experience would be great if suspension and Soccer should be better. Plastic body is very fragile and needs improvement.

We bought a hero electric scooter in 2019. We thought we are stepping towards a new revolution, but it proved something to be much costlier and time-wasting... One of the main reasons behind the above statement is its services related to its battery... The battery of the scooter gets damaged after using it for hardly 40-50 days... It's getting swollen and the service guys say to change it... We have tried changing its battery for three times with heavy expenses, but all in vain.. The problem never gets solved... Last time, the service guys suggested that maybe there is some fault in the wiring of the scooter, hence we agreed to change anything that is faulty in the scooter. After all that services, the scooter battery is still getting damaged and swollen... We are really frustrated with the scooter and its services... These all things will never allow us to go for this kind of electric vehicle solution.

I had taken a ride of this ebike in gorakhpur. It's run very smoothly and well.
I think a best scooty in this price is unvalued.
May be able to afford this is a dream for me and many younger like me.
Look is attractive and performance is also good. Serving and maintenance services are quite easy.
Biggest problem is not to rate of fuel and cons is build quality material.
