Problems:
1. It takes a long time to fully charge.
2. Sometimes My Vida app does not work properly.
3. Navigation is not like Ather.
4. Front Storage is not available.
5. Plastic/Fibre body.
6. Huge gap behind the front suspension.
7. Fast charging facility not available at all places.
8. Three days late delivery from the promised date.
9. The guard is not available at the showroom.
Benefits:
1. Removable Batteries.
2. It has two batteries.
3. You can ride by a single battery.
4. Range is 95-100 kms (eco mode)
5. Got Rs. 31000.00 discount and Rs. 5745.00 Cashback (ordered through Flipkart and paid through Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card)
6. You can change mode while riding.
7. USB charging port.
8. Helmet (Free) quality is also very good.

using Vida V1pro for the past 2 months. Awesome performance. No complaints or Issues. Only the App working has to be improved a bit. overall an excellent vehicle.
Features like hill hold could be added. Also rear disc would be a good addition.
Usp is Removable batteries, double batteries, cruse control, and fast charging option.

I purchased through Bright Motors in Lucknow and first selected a bike and then booked instantly at the same showroom through Amazon and paid online and got more than 30,000/- Discount instantly.
2. Riding experience
I have driven more than 700 Km in the last 20 days. Till date no abnormality seen. Cruise control is the best part, I have experienced.
3. Details about looks, performance etc.
The look is very modern and suitable for Boys and Girls. It is available in 5 different colours.
Performance :
I got mileage of more than 108 Km in single charging and the battery was showing 10 per cent remaining with Smooth Drive and I kept speed 30 to 45 kmph.
Rough driving - In sport mode, I have run this scooter at 78 Km/h with 2 persons.
4. Servicing and maintenance-
Very little maintenance cost, only once a year.
It has a swappable battery feature which is helpful for Flat residents
Gets cruise control, and keyless ignition.

Awesome scooter with nice features. Everyone should buy this. This model has great Colour options. This is a nice piece of engineering art for both boys and girls. It has a self-start option which is a good thing. Smart scooter with loaded feathers like ride quality, good looking, low running cost, easily available with low price. Nice one. I love it.

Buying was very easy, but only v1 pro was available. Liked the looks and riding experience. Felt it very light compared to ice engines. The battery charge goes down if you keep it idle which means the claimed range of 110 kms may not be achieved unless it is used continuously. Besides, to reduce the number of charging cycles it is better to charge it when it is below 20% and it is advisable to charge it upto 80% each time. Which again means reduced [actual] range than claimed. I was never able to reach 80kms/hr speed. In eco mode max speed achieved was 45 kms an sports mode 50 kms. And if you change to higher modes, the range gets reduced considerably. The starter switch is in a wrong place. Grocery hook should be provided as in the normal vehicles. Removable batteries are the usp of this vehicle. Y-connector should be provided at reasonable costs which will be helpful to those residing in apartments. The app is not woking on ios platform. I have not so far taken for servicing or maintenance since it is just less than 4 weeks of purchase. Any software upgrades should be made available to the buyers without taking it to the dealer for easy installation.
