About Xpulse 200T

The XPulse 200T is based on the XPulse 200 and was launched together by Hero in India. While the latter is the successor to the Impulse that was sold earlier, the former is a touring version of the adventure motorcycle. It gets alloy wheels borrowed from the Xtreme 200R that are shod with road-biased tyres along with a conventional front mudguard and side exhaust. Besides that, it gets a luggage rack and a tall-windscreen to complement its touring abilities. In terms of features, the XPulse 200T boasts of an LED headlamp and tail lamp along with a fully digital instrument cluster that is Bluetooth-enabled to call and navigation alerts.

The XPulse 200T is powered by the same 200cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, carburetted engine that does duty on the XPulse 200 which has been borrowed from the Xtreme 200R. The motor produces 18.4bhp of power and 17.1Nm of torque and comes coupled to a five-speed gearbox. Suspension duties are taken care of by 37mm telescopic front forks and a monoshock at the rear. Meanwhile, braking is done by a 276mm disc at the front and a 220mm disc for the rear assisted by a single-channel ABS unit.

Hero offers the XPulse 200T with the choice of four colour options matte grey, matte gold, red and black.
