Got this vehicle on Jan 2021 . One year till now,
No problems were faced . Really enjoyed the ride quality and the maintenance is so cheap.
Best in class mileage compared to other 200cc bikes. Has a very catchy looks and the off-road capability is very good. Servicing is done good.
It's churns out more torque at mid ranges. The only con i experienced is the turning radius is too large but that's a very very minor issue.

1. Buying experience: I can't say excellent but it's ok.
2. Riding experience: according to my riding experience is good, it has enough power for Indian roads.
3. Details about looks, performance: looks are good, performance also ok.
4. Servicing and maintenance: I'm having the worst experience in it where ever you leave for service you will not get any response, for each and every part you should wait for minimum 10-12 days, if you don't have luck like me you should wait for minimum 30 days, no one will say about this.
5. Pros: good motorbike to raid
Cons: poor build quality, you can not rely on this bike. If the bike stop is nowhere no one will come from hero service. Whatever they say in the showroom everything is lies, I am saying this from my experience with hero service. Never trust this bike because till now my bike is stopped in nowhere 3 times and no one came for help.
Think about this bike once again.

It is not too expensive like the other tourer bikes or commuter or else a daily-use bike it has the best fuel efficiency and pickup power and the most for the tour is the headlights for night ways riding for mee it is little smaller because my height is 6"3 and I have changed the handlebars for the height reason of me but everything of that bike is lovely not too much maintenance cost every 6 months of the big tour or every year just give good service.

This is a horrible products, which I received from the hero motocrop. Fleet, it's been 4 months with the bike for which the bike has been in the workshop for atleast a month (4-5 times), changed my piston in the very second month and not have issues with the front shock...

Fleet, it's been 4 months with the bike for which the bike has been in the workshop for atleast a month (4-5 times), changed my piston in the very second month and not have issues with the front shock absorbers and now recently having electrical issues.
I would not recommend this bike to any one.
Please think twice before locking down to this machine.

Blindly go for it. It's a beautiful machine with great ground clearance and you can go where ever you want. They are launching 4v of its version tomorrow with better smoothness and low vibrations and a lot. Test ride one and then you tell us....
