We expect bike with dirt bike looks unfortunately motorcycles looks more like common india bikes. Most parts of body are covered with plastic and which takes away sporty and dirt bike design. Indian engineer has couples of work need to be done specially color choice and design. Design of bikes are poorly crafted ,it is huge difference from yz250 and honda crf 250.

rode this for over 500 kms now. Was really impressed by the performance. the best part is the suspension. soaks up pretty much everything without you feeling the hit. the only things that I didn't really like are the seats and the knuckle guards. the seat is not suitable for long rides. one would need additional cushioning. while the knuckle guards barely do anything. but apart from this the bike is built like a tank.

This bike is actually a game changer but only prob with this is highway cruising speed it might have been a little better like 110 kmph without vibration but it starts vibrating around 90 and above just fix this and boom it gone rule the segment...And a little bit more wider and comfortable seat for the bike will be enough.

Buying this bike took long time for me to think whether to buy or not, reason being the price , as the price is very low and on internet i saw comparison of xpulse with himalayan and many more and i start thinking why the people are comparing economically affordable bike with that expensive bike , then i decided to take a test drive , nd trust me guys impulse didn't disappointed me at all , yes keeping the price range in mind , you can say xpulse is the less powered version of himalayan . Look is very competitive and it serves it's feature of off road driving , mileage is good , since it's not 125cc bike so mileage above 40 can be considered as economical and if you drive properly you can get even 50+ also , power is bit less but still guys it's worth to it as it's not in the price range of 2 lakh . It's 1.22 lacs and i suggest to go for fi version . Since it belongs to hero then without worrying about service and maintenance you can buy this one as service charges is very less for every bike in hero 600-800 rupees is max at 3rd service . Talking about Pros -best bike in the budget considering it an off road bike-mileage is good as it's 200cc bike-its look no doubt can compete other expensive bikes in this segment of bikes.Cons-power is less but again price matters -built could be better-handling is fine but since the weight is very less it's easy to drive in mountains when you stuck in some pit but on road you feel little less powered. That's all in this review Other reviews are waiting in line for you.

Okay, Xpulse 200 is value for money, if you want to grab attention, it's easy to maneuver, agile and easy, swift and it's tall enough, overall from personal experience, I can say, you can buy it blindfoldedly, and if you are tight in your budget, need a bike for college...

Hero Xpulse 200 BS6 Long Term Report: Touring

16 March 2021
Pratheek Kunder

I have always had my eyes on Vikrant’s Xpulse 200 long termer. And there's a reason; I had been desperately waiting to get my hands on the rally suspension for my own Xpulse 200 and since the day Vikrant installed this after-market kit on his Xpulse, I just couldn't help...
