Luckily I am still alive because when this bike stops as well as self-start also not working even after bought it a week ago, the battery automatically goes to zero charging within 2 days, so I put my bike to the service center for service even though the condition is still worse, very sorry to write this since I bought this bike with a lot of expectations by seeing the advertisement and structure of the bike, now I understood all are vain, service center person says we will check the coil and ignition again, but I lost my hope, so I never recommend or advice anyone to buy super splendor X tec.

Good commuter bike.

I bought it in Mangalore. Traveled all over Karnataka on this bike for the last few years. It was a comfortable ride during the journey. The looks and aesthetics are still very much visible. It was maintained very comfortably. I think the cost of servicing's by the company is too much and wrong. I think, local mechanic is better than authorized service man. The power is fine for city commute but vibrates at high rpms on highways. Overall an above average score.

It's better to follow up the regular maintenance. Change the engine oil, every 6k ride. Keep an average speed of 45-55 for better mileage..

Hero super splendor is a wonderful bike in 125cc segment, black color looks meticulous, and mileage and riding are also very good, I strongly recommend this bike for daily commuting.. Service centers and spares availability is not very difficult, the performance and look of the vehicle is good, seat length is comfortable for two people.
