Luckily I am still alive because when this bike stops as well as self-start also not working even after bought it a week ago, the battery automatically goes to zero charging within 2 days, so I put my bike to the service center for service even though the condition is still worse, very sorry to write this since I bought this bike with a lot of expectations by seeing the advertisement and structure of the bike, now I understood all are vain, service center person says we will check the coil and ignition again, but I lost my hope, so I never recommend or advice anyone to buy super splendor X tec.

Its a good bike but company doesn't focusing for his future..
The 2012 model very nice, but upcoming designs are very bad.
Parts quality is very good, but must improve painting quality must include disc breaks. It is very good for any terrains need to update the gear system and change tyre size 2012 model headlights is perfect and need led lights also.

I bought it in Mangalore. Traveled all over Karnataka on this bike for the last few years. It was a comfortable ride during the journey. The looks and aesthetics are still very much visible. It was maintained very comfortably. I think the cost of servicing's by the company is too much and wrong. I think, local mechanic is better than authorized service man. The power is fine for city commute but vibrates at high rpms on highways. Overall an above average score.

It's better to follow up the regular maintenance. Change the engine oil, every 6k ride. Keep an average speed of 45-55 for better mileage..
