Sound from engine come after 6000km. Service centers can't fix that and also has a bad service at diya hero kerala .So don't buy it .It is a worst quality bike from hero. Its engine head . Cylinder. Crankshaft removed and replaced by service center but noise does not changed .So please don't buy this bike. Its resale value also very low.

I have been using this bike from 8 months. I purchased this bike for inr 64000. At that time this bike was new in market so i was a little hesitated but the dealer convinced me to go for this bike. Also this was the first local bike which came with aho, and that was also a problem for my father because he thought that it will dry out the battery soon and it will reduce the life of headlamp. But later we found that it is going to be compulsory in future, so it became a positive point to go for this bike.

The look of the bike is cool but the front part specially headlamp and wiser could be made better ( its my opinion my father likes the way it is).The vertical engine makes it look special.

The performance of bike is better than other same range bike of hero. One can feel it's torque on demand feature while riding it. Also, the mileage of bike is good. The i3s technology provided also assists in increasing the mileage of the bike. Trust me it works just fine. Currently i am getting 65 kmpl on road and around 60 kmpl in the city. But when it comes to comfort the bike fails. When you ride the bike beyond the speed of 55 kmph you will feel the vibration in the engine and it causes discomfort to bothe the rider and the person sitting behind him. Also if you ride the bike for more than 60 km continuously at optimum speed (45-50 kmph), trust me you are not gonna like it. In the other words, seat of this bike is not much comfortable for longer journey.

The company offers 5 free services for the bike but the free services are given very less importance at the service centres( of course i am talking about service centres near my area, others may offer better ). In my area they just change the lubricant and wash your bike, nothing else. They do not even ask the problems you are facing while riding the bike.If you go for complaining section, you will end up filling a form.

But instead of all this the bike is performance wise better than other hero bikes of the same range. If you are looking for a low budget bike and you prefer driving it slowly i will recommend you to go for it.

It's look's are so amazing . New version is so different from the older version. I never saw a bike like this at this price point it's back and front are so cool.It's lights are also so cool and and when i saw this bike first time i surprised combination of looks and mileage at this price is unbelievable

Bike is very good stylish look but the engine is very poor. I'm using it from one year and in this year it went to service for 7 times only for engine issue. No pick up and no mileage as company assured waste bike from hero motor groups. The engine comes with i3s technology seemed to be ok while in traffic.

Very poor engine. ..Heavy noise & you cannot run bike at one point...Hero service center will change all engine parts silently once problem starts might be around 20000km... Even after fixing.. Oil leakage is still there... Better hero can sell the company to honda instead of cheating consumer if they don't have capacity to develop own good engine.. Hero is spoiling the Indian innovation skill.

Never buy this underrated bike. As this is now discontinued the spare parts of this bike are hard to find even the hero website doesn't have it's spare parts in stock. I'm struggling from more than 16 days to find its cam chain kit which isn't available anywhere. Even the mechanic says the parts aren't available.

I have used this bike for 4.5 year.
Before buying this 110cc model ismart I looked at the earlier 100cc model which was hit and gave a nice performance for a long time, so when 110cc model came it also had nice looks so by analyzing its past history and new look I bought this bike.
for 3 months bike gave an average of 75kmpl with nice pickup after that the average dropped drastically to 25 to 30 without any reason and it happened with many bikes ok ismart 110cc.
After that, the service provider opened the engine in 3rd month itself. After the repairing the mileage was 60kmpl but the pickup was like 90cc bike.

Good bike with nice look , but timing chain in engine makes sound that is sometime annoy-able , mileage is great 57-65 in city u can buy this bike if your first preference is mileage and for daily routine, pick up is good too and u ll definitely feel better apart from the sound comes because of timing chain problem when u drive this bike .??

It is good bike for daily use very easy to handle this bike but one thing is its i smart function is not working properly sometimes now i get 60 to63 km per litre company servicing centres servicing is very poor what i expect. When i share my bike problem while servicing time but they are not corrected completely
