The sound of the engine the suspension the look each and everthing about this scooty is just wow overall good fir highway or heavelly janmed area no gears so no tention of keep changing gears just accelerate and go on your way slow or fast its upto u ..Should really buy it when you have the chance .

Most beautiful scooter, thanks to the chrome on 360° rotatable rear view mirror, mudguard fender etc on-road ride really comfortable despite 10" wheels but, I felt some vibration /minor jump on bad roads, of course not dangerous anyway, but could've been avoided by front telescopic suspension and gas-filled/ and step adjustable rear suspension in the place of unit swing. Although the length of the paper is good, smaller floor board & under-seat storage, maybe make it easy to handle. Boot light & idle start serve the purposes, just as required. Only Bluetooth turn-by-turn navigation is useful, 'cause call/ sms alerts, we can get directly from the mobile digital clock, if added would be easy to be time conscious

Excellent experience, value for money, all features available in this 110 cc scooter, like alloy wheels,i3s automatic stop-start, Bluetooth sms, digit meter, led projector lamp and great style, etc with attractive pricing much lesser than most other 110 cc scooters in the market.
Highly recommend scooter.

Worst scooty please don't buy. Even one day if I didn't take it the next day won't start. Very difficult to kick start 10-15 or more times need to kick. Sometimes need to take it to the mechanic's shop, after that only bike will start. Many times visited the showroom but still, the problem was not solved.

Poor quality, engine offs while slowing the byke or at traffic signals. Repaired 3 times at the showroom service center...But no use.Lagging in the engine when petrol was full. The disgusting thing is it was giving only 35 km per litre. Don't buy this. Its a waste of money. And don't suggest to anyone......

Its service is very bad.
Caught up in just a small accident, all the front accessory is broken as it is made up of plastic. It’s been more than 3 weeks insurance person is not helping to fix it as they are saying they don’t have the same accessory for replacement.
Why are you selling it if you can’t give after-sale service?
When you want the installment, customer service will call me more than 20 times but for this, no action is taken.
Overall it’s been a very experience just in 4-5 months of purchase.
Just bought it because of the company name as it is a trusted company but the service provided by the company is very poor. And I know no action will be taken for my review too, just writing in hope.

Within 2 months I have visited 10 times in their showroom with various issues arising with pleasure and they are giving the different reason for battery problem and other issues. The manager and sales agent are not cooperating at all, not even taking calls if you are facing any problem. Simply saying that our work is only to sell vehicles, if you are facing a problem it is not our lookout. Don't purchase any kind of vehicle from kumar's motors.

What an amazing decision that was taken by me one year ago. at an affordable price. I am enjoying every moment with this every trip with this brings good memories. Its looks attract every person who drove beside. I think it has an allergy to workshops because its smoothness stays away from workshops. Anyway, I'm happy with this.

Appealing style

Has usb charging port available
Less vibration compared to the previous generation
Cons
The floorboard has a vibration at some point
For long rides, the sitting position is quite decent for tall riders
Performance is decent, not staggering speeds.

The buying experience was good. Krt showroom is the one master of hero bike seller in trichy. Sales and service support are good. I bought this scooter for only city rides. But now am using long rides as well. The comfort level is good. Improved mileage and performance based on i3s and xsense programs are playing very well in scooter performance. Xsense is working fine while hill climbing. Overall 3months of usage scooter performing very well as i feel it's a hero and gives more pleasure on every ride. I'm getting 50kmpl. New projector headlights are very powerful and good enough for this scooter. The refined engine gives a smooth ride. And the overall design is very good and feature-loaded.
Cons:
The tail and indicators are halogen lamps.
Front telescope suspension is good for all road conditions that should be implemented.
