Self is very poor quality and creates problems in a year,four-time repair it but no successful work and was misguided by the service person when I talk to change it to the warranty service center nimbahera dist Chittorgarh he said it is not covered in the warrant and it is out of warranty and you have charged rs 3500 for it

Hate hero bikes...
In June 2018 I bought this & in august 2022 engine seize.
I have wasted my money & I belong to a middle-class family I bought this with my own money.
Worst experience with hero bike
Don't buy this cheap model.

I bought this in 2014, mainly for a short commute, and it worked well for me. I used it for office purposes and also for other short trips. The best is it has front disk brakes and also self-start. I did the regular service and it worked as expected, this was not my regular use bike since I use the car for long drives.

Service spares are not available in the showroom
Engine crash at 20km no warranty.
My bike engine crash service will take 1 month to change and deliver. Waste 12000 for that.
Now I will exchange my bike at the hero showroom asked. They said 15000 to 18000 take.
Don't go for a hero.
Customer service is very bad.

I purchased my passion xpro bike for rs.75000//bcoz of its majestic look & good mileage I drove the bike for 14000km only. Its engine got crashed. When enquired, the service room people replied that engine warranty is applicable only if all free five services have been done. I have missed 2 free services. After replacing its engine for.13000// , it again crashed after 1000km. Now, why should I drive this bike?

I bought this bike 2.5 years ago and its a very awesome bike in its range. Basically I love its meter console and back body design. Its very attractive but you have to care about its mileage. Everything is good with this bike and you have to maintain it regularly. If you ride it well then you shouldn't care about maintenance.

Buying passion x pro is my best choice ,most comfortable for couple and also sometime you can ride 3 with no space issue, performance is very good but sometime after 60 km/h it's vibrating and some noise from bike overall experience is good, mileage was also 60 km/h that make me proud for our Indian company as it can be done at this price.

I purchased 2019 jan 14 but I am not satisfied, and showroom guys are cheating me as well as hero company rate is higher than others, it's very very worst bike guys never buy. Because I am very unhappy there is no pick up and many more problems I am facing. So I will never recommend to buy . Service are also so so bad. So please people never go with hero passion x pro 110cc .

Very bad bike ..Engine problem in 2 year only 15000km runing.....And hero service center no proper work my bike....In rainy season every day gone water in engine...But this complaint not solved yet by service center.
