Gear shifting problem

I own this bike on 18.10.2021 I drive upto 1850 kms and the gear shifting is too hard one day when I put my 3rd gear it sounds worst and the bike is not running on the road and I took to service center thay said to that the 3rd gear was broken they took 20 days to solve the problem after now only it's running smoothly.

The first thing is gear shift problem in this bike. Next too much of vibration. Very worst bike. If you want to take risk go to this bike if you don't want risk go to other brands.Another thing in this bike safety wise not improved. Engine runs two kilometers . Gives more heat. I want to say Hero Motocorp company improve quality check then sell your bike.
