Servicing is worst: I had very bad experience with hero . I will not recommended any one to take passion pro bs6 bike. After 3000km only my self stopped working and they took my battery. From last 10 days i am struggling with this . I am unable to ride the bike .I am frustrated with this.I don't know what to do.

Recently we have buy hero passion from faridabad yuva motor. Bike's performance is very poor. The self starts not working properly after the use of 10 days. When we asked to service center engineers advised him to replace the battery & it will take 1 week after leaving the battery. Usually, bikes take 10-15 times to start after kick. Some time it off after a speed of 50-60kmph. Anyone can help me how can we approach to hero group directly & show issue in bike.

Bike was just awesome,look feel great,in seems of mileage it's gives 50 kmpl which is such a great thing,i love this bike for both purpose city n rural area,it's feel great on the backside ,colour was also pretty good,my own choice for bike is black colour,it's really feel great in riding of bike,i used this for long time.

I bought this bike on 15th Dec 2021 , and I ride this bike 15000 kms , this bike has many problems, I am suffering many problems this bike, starter problem in every service month exactly problems starting 2nd service, clutch plate problem, running bike automatically off and bike sound changes after 4 months.

I bought passion pro bike two month before at Amman motors kallakurichi. I faced two major issues on first day itself. One is bike suddenly getting off when traffic road, speed breakers and turnings second one is when I shift gear change many time it not properly change it cause the sudden jerk and sound. When I gave bike for service in that service center 5 time within two month they collect only money not understanding and rectify the problem and they treat me very worst. I had very worst experience. Quality testing also very bad they didn't properly test the quality of the vehicle before delivery.

I bought this bike in aug-20 month after continuously drive 30-32 km bike engine gives heating issue and shut down not get start for 20 min, my time is wasted from this bike and my money is totally waste, don't go on looking of this bike look is very good but body parts is local don't buy this bike, go for splendor plus or honda bikes.

I purchased this bike may 2020. Very horrible bike. Looking good but performance is very worst. Engine starting problem. Self is not working properly and while running engine suddenly stopped. I faced so many problems with this bike. Waste of the money. Showroom persons not rectified the problems. Don't refer this bike.
