About Karizma XMR 210

Hero Karizma XMR 210 is expected to launch in India in November 2023 in the expected price range of ₹ 1,60,000 to ₹ 1,80,000. Currently available bikes which are similar to Karizma XMR 210 are Matter AERA, Keeway SR250 & Honda CB200X. Another bike similar to Karizma XMR 210 is Hero Xtreme 160R [2023] which is launching in June 2023 in India.

Hero MotoCorp is working on bringing back the legendary Karizma name to life with the new XMR 210. A trademark for this name has already been filed and it will be the successor to the 223cc iteration of the bike that was discontinued a few years ago.

Hero was also caught testing a new fully-faired motorcycle which, in all probabilities, is the XMR 210. Although the entire bodywork was fully camouflaged, the test mule did give away some of the design of the bike. The front sported a sleek and wide LED headlamp which looked similar to the previous-generation Yamaha R3. This was accompanied by a sharp side fairing, a sculpted fuel tank, and a sharp and upswept tail section.

The hardware package of the test mule comprised 17-inch alloy wheels, telescopic forks up front, a monoshock at the rear, along with a single disc at both ends. As for the engine, powering the motorcycle will be a 210cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 25bhp and 30Nm of peak torque. This motor will send power to the rear wheel via a six-speed gearbox. Furthermore, as can be deciphered from the spy shots, the bike features a split seat and clip-on handlebar but offers a fairly upright riding position.

The Hero Karizma XMR 210 is also expected to come equipped with impressive features like a slipper clutch, a colour TFT instrument cluster, and Bluetooth connectivity. The price of the motorcycle is expected to be on the affordable side of the spectrum; a price tag of Rs. 2 lakh (ex-showroom) will make it truly desirable.
