  • Worst 125cc bike

    Ravi Kr

Worst bike in 125cc segment, I regret buying this bike. After I bought I got many problems in this bike, I request the service center to solve this problem but they don't. Most of all gear shifting, poor performance, mileage is just 45-50, vibration at 50+ speed, and halogen light is also very poor.

  • Perfect balance of style comfort & mileage

    Saravanakumar

I was riding new tvs victor disc for the last four years. After four years, it gave me lot of problems(vibrations & noise) & the service cost was high(1200-1500). When i was looking good replacement for tvs victor, i chose bajaj pulsar125, honda sp125, hero glamour & super splendor. Pulsar 125 is fastest bike in this four. But i personally don't like pulsar series, because of its sportiness. so i compared hero glamour, super splendor & honda sp125. Feature wise sp125 is very good option. It has full digital instrument panel, led headlight & honda brand. But it looks like 100cc bike, very lean model with thin rear tyre than its counterparts. Look wise, hero glamour is very attractive & muscular than honda sp125 & super splendor. No led head light, digital & analog instrument cluster, still its a good bike with excellent sitting position & brand name.So finally i chose hero glamour drum variant i drove 120 kms at a stretch in a heavy rain, but no back pain, decent pick up, good head light visibility & excellent road grip (thanks to wider rear tyre). I cruised in 60 kmph, no vibrations felt. Mileage is decent (around 45 to 55 kmpl) when you cruise around 50-55 kmph .Overall, its a very good bike for a family man, a perfect balance of style, comfort & mileage. Highly recommended.

I had bought glamour i3s bike for 72k 3 months ago. The riding comfort is just perfect for its price. Its performance is actually very good and looks very cool. The new headlamp and automatic headlights and new design taillights gives it a very unique look from other models. I am not satisfied about engine beating, the sound is very noisy and mileage approximately 45 kmpl.

I have ride my friends bike

The average for this bike is 50 km

    & 60 on express highway

    It has perfect style

    But

Uncomfortable for the 2nd person who sit behind rider

& always change your oil after 2500 km

    Don't change in service center

Change bike oil at your friendly garage

As in service center they used medium quality oil

Need to be upgraded on : 1)Date time of the meter console change automatically2)Fuel indicator bars are playing hide and seek3)Pillion seat needs soft a little bit 4)Engine heats a little bit .Otherwise the bike is very nice, headlight is the best one. We owned this bike through loan that costs above 70000...Riding experience is very good..It supports even in very bad road..I rode it on a mountain area but it was very smooth in that place too.I use this for daily commute, looks is very good..Better than the previous i3s model..About servicing and maintenance-still not needed..

Pros- better than other 125 cc bikes..Engine is powerful

Cons-mileage is not upto the mark but ok

I am used this bike since 2005 heto honda glamour launch in 2005 also, used this bike very roughly bike have some pros & cons. Good build quality, average about 55 kmpl, generated good power, engine still in very good condition, sporty look, riding quality also good but plastic panel quality is average, fuel efficiency could be better.
