Hero Glamour X 125

I purchased this bike on October 2025 and after 10 months I believe it is good decision. The power is top notch with mileage of 71-73 kmpl. Long seat for family, strong body, digital colour display, and warranty of 75000 km are make it a practical bike. Other companies, like Honda Sp125 is providing warranty only of 46000 km.
I have already used a HERO bike and noticed that in the long run Hero bikes are rust proof and shiny body but other brands not able to maintain quality.
Go for it without any doubt.

I am writing this review after months of frustration and disappointment. Buying a Hero MotoCorp motorcycle has been one of the worst consumer experiences I have ever had.
Within just one month of purchasing my brand-new bike, the service centre dismantled the engine without my prior knowledge or consent. No customer expects a new motorcycle to undergo such major work so soon, let alone without being informed beforehand.
What made this even more shocking was the company's response. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, I was repeatedly told that my consent had been taken, which is completely false according to my experience. Despite asking for proof, I have not received any satisfactory explanation.
The bike has remained at the service center for more than six months, and my complaint is still unresolved. A brand-new motorcycle has become unusable while I continue to face delays, repeated follow-ups, and immense inconvenience.
The after-sales support has been deeply disappointing. Rather than focusing on resolving the issue transparently, I felt that the priority was to justify what had happened instead of addressing my concerns. My interactions with senior service officials left me feeling ignored, disrespected, and mentally exhausted.
I purchased this motorcycle with trust, but that trust has been completely shattered. I cannot recommend Hero MotoCorp based on my personal experience. Before investing your hard-earned money, I strongly urge every prospective buyer to carefully consider not only the motorcycle but also the quality of after-sales service and customer support they may receive.
1/5 – A brand-new bike should provide peace of mind, not months of unresolved problems and frustration.

Engine se tractor ki tarah awaj aata hai aur service centre wale thik nahi kar pa rahe hai 4 bar dikha diya 5000 km par engine khul gaya cruise control bhi kabhi kaam karega kabhi nahi speed meter bhi nahi kaam kar raha hai part bhi available nahi rehta jaldi total paisa bekar ho gaya quality me zero product hai

I am very disappointed with the Hero Glamour X125 cc; it has not been successful for me. Here are the issues I've encountered:
1. Poor mileage.
2. Bluetooth connectivity problems.
3. The bike is only one month old and has already run 2,300 kilometres, yet the front shock absorber has an oil leak.
4. The service support is very poor, and I had a bad experience at the Mayapuri service center, which feels fraudulent and unreliable.
5. The headlight visor makes a very disturbing sound, and there are issues with the side panels and overall body quality.
Overall, I am very dissatisfied with this motorcycle.
