User Review of Glamour FI by Joy

The day one vehicle battery got exhausted. The very severe complaint is that each and every day, the engine will get switched off during running, once the clutch is being used. Obviously, we are forced to use the clutch with the accelerator at all times. The kicker stopper is not placed in the right position. It will get a reversed lock when you use it regularly. Front dashboard abnormal noise, unable to arrest even after several services. Very poor mileage. Have met many customers, and most of them had the same troubles. Not recommended for anyone. From day one onwards unable to arrest the air leakage of the front Tyre. Once in a couple of days, it is compulsory to fill the air. No puncture has been identified so far.

The buying experience is good but the vehicle is overpriced when compared to its build quality. The ride quality is not good as the seat is quite hard and is not comfortable for long rides. Looks could be better and Bluetooth could have been included. Servicing leads lead to a drop in mileage and smooth ride quality in my case.
It is priced, has low build quality and is apparently a weak model of Glamour series bikes.

Maintainance is very risky, I bought it in 2019 December, but till, now I have bear around 22k for maintenance, it's a failed model.....
My suggestion is don't go for the fi, bs 6 models... It's horrible to maintain..
No reserves and no options for fi bs6 models
We can buy a second-handle bike with the maintenance amount.

So guys buy this bike and change your lifestyle.
It helped my costings.

1. Buying experience of glamour fi bs6 was good. 2. Riding experiences- daily commute- I rode daily 120-150km, touring like 500-1000 km. But though best for a daily commute and short rides. 3. Looks were boring till 2020, xtec looks better from 2021. 4. Easy servicing with low maintenance cost. 5. Pros- best for this budget segment, petrol service 55-60 kmpl, safe speed, good mirrors, good silencer, good quality tires provided. Cons- 1. Headlight, 2. Battery, 3. Low-quality muffler pipe got rust in 3 months. 4. Low-quality rear brake, 5. The Main highlighted cons are- the start-off problem, the engine suddenly cuts-off, many told this is fi technology problem, many told bs6 sensor problem, and no one till could solve the issue.

Very stable bike. All over is good but it`s have a lot of problem- 1.Engine heating issue 2. Starting problem after a ride. 3.Servicing and maintenance cost is very good but service centre is not good. 4. Both breaks are not great(especially both drum setup).

Only after 2000km of ride, the bike stopped starting. When I loaded my bike in tempo and reached Krishna automobile- Darbhanga then they have changed wire connection and then lock system and at last they changed pump which is located inside the petrol tank. I claimed warranty but he said due to lapse of first service, the warranty has been breached. Total cost I paid is Rs. 495+15885+1000= Rs. 17380. Glamour FI is worthless. So please do not buy Glamour FI.

I purchased hero glamour bs6 bike before 3 month.I do 2 free service and current odometer reading is 3100 km approx.My issue is with gear.In first service i told the dealer that bike create problems with gear shifting problems.He say it will be ok after service but it problems like before even after 2nd service i suffer from this problems.In second service i repeat this problem to dealer.Even service man did not open gear box and says gear problem is solved such poor service by hero glamour.I purchased this bike to proud but i actually got cheated.Poor company.Poor service.

Worst ever bike purchased. If anyone going to purchase then please do not purchase glamour bs6 model. Tuning of engine is worst and technician is not able to solve it. I have gone to re-sell the bike to the dealer and you know they are offering only 45000 of this bike after one month of purchase.
