having a good looks with wider handles as in cbz

engine performance, fuel economy and gearbox

performance compared to other 150cc bikes is good inspite of having 125cc engine, it goes around 40km speed in 2nd gear, concerened with the fuel economy it delivers 55km/ltr mileage, smooth gear shift and good pickup.

Ride quality & handling

superious driving comfort , nice turning during speed of 50 to 60 suspension is also good,

only bad thing is the position of right foot rest is near to engine due to which on bare foots you feel hot

great bike for daily commuting as one never feels that it couldn't perform well when max speed is required. With a good mileage one thing is very impressive the speedo meter wire is not connected to front wheel in disc models the chances of loosen or giving false reading is eliminated the wire is connected somewhere at rear, left side may be with driving chain compartment

areas of improvement

rear suspension require more stiffness, it is good but when over wieght person is resting as pillion one may feel drop in pickup when driving at normal seed of 40km on 3rd gear.

Turn indicators should be less in width or it can be merge with body so it could not broke.

As it broke easily due to a little obstruction it creates

I buy glamour vehicle last year in hyderabad. Company gave kenada company tyres. It was very poor performance every week i got punchers. The tyre quality was worst why hero company using cheap quality products.
Please dont give such type qulity parts. Go for mrf, ceat
you people wasting our money and time.

This bike is good only who uses bikes partially. Those who raid longer time in a day doesn't suit this. I'm facing lot's problems with this bike. I have gone through lots of problems even after 4 servicing.

Issues in bike

Poor pick up. If road is upward, we should ride only in first gear

Head lights are not at all good vision.

Bikes suddenly off the engine while riding the bike in 2nd or 3rd gear slowly.

The seat is the first worst seating i ever faced with other bikes.

Bike handle is very close to tank at the time of turning. We can't carry kids or luggage on the bike.

Mileage before first servicing i got up to 50++ kmpl. After first servicing @ bhanu motors erragadda, it is not even crossing 45++ kmpl. I don't understand what is the reason. Even i took for lakshmi motors, somajiguda, mody motors ranigunz, facing same mileage problem.

After riding this bike, i' getting lots of back bone pain. I don't know exactly but sure something wrong in bike model design.

According to me, it is purely only for those who use the bike for up & down or casual weekend shooter ride.

It is a very powerful bike. Mostly i am travelling on hilly areas without any trouble. It's mileage approx 60 in city. I am giving one extra marks as compare to hero super splendor. I m happy with hero glamour.

Bike is good in comfort and undoubtedly looks is also good. I3s technology is working superb. Glamour i3s torque and mileage is good. If we compare bike price with its features then i think we get value for our money. Cons are (in fuel gauge meter unable to identify how much fuel we have, and side indicator i repaired it couple of times).

Ride quality & handling smooth ride quality and handling. Easy maintenance. Had gone on long drives with pillion passenger on rainy night. It was ver reliable on random mud blocks we faced.

Final words glamour is a great bike to own and gives a recorded mileage of 55 km/l in the city. It is easy on maintenance too.

Areas of improvement it could be made more cool and sporty.

I would like to share my experience with u people here. When i bought my new bike i was really excited about it, the sad part was that except the name i dint knew any other thing about my bike. I own a hero honda glamour, and its been around 7 years owning this bike and i still feel new when i ride this bike. The ride is still smooth with overall satisfaction. After my hsc i started working in a call center and the pick-ups for my shifts would be anywhere around 1-3 am early morning. So i had to wait outside my colony for around 15-20 mins, so i opted for buying a bike which has good mileage. I did a lot of research on various bikes, but dint find any one much impressive. Then one of my good friend suggested me a bike by name glamour, at 1st my reaction was which bike are you talking about? are u kidding? then he took me to his house and googled the name he uttered and showed me the pics and the pics of the bike was as impressive as the name.. I made up my mind by looking at the impressive looks and the bike wasn't yet launched, but the bookings started. That's how i met my dream bike and then........??? then what, i never looked back at any other bike and enjoyed the ride and still m enjoying the smooth ride..The journey begins, i always kept my bike under the speed of 40kmpl which ensured that il be getting good average and that would allow me to ride my bike even now when the petrol prices are rising high and touching skies..Ive just had a fall from the bike that too it was when i wheeled my bike in order to impress my friends but the strong body of the bike took all the hammering.The problems I've faced since i bought this bike:due to rough ride, the rear panel below the tail light broke after 5 years, and i haven't fixed it yet but soon they will be fixing it as i don't get time to do cause of my busy schedule in office.I bought the bike when it was launched, so i dint get the advantage of buying glamour which had mag wheels as the mag wheels version of glamour was launched after 2 years, so i had wheel out problem many a times.The buzzer of the indicators stop working after 1-2 year.The best part about the bike:1. Superior looks: the looks when this bike was released was very fresh and attractive and that was one of the reason why i bought this bike 2. Great mileage: a 125 cc bike normally gave a average of around 40-45 before the release of this bike, but glamour claimed 60kmpl..So i expected it to give at least 55kmpl and that's what i got and it was very impressive as the claim were rumors.3. Smooth ride: hero honda company has always delivered quality products and very user friendly products which ensure comfortable riding experience. I've almost completed around 60000 kms on this bike and still my back's all fine, normally other bikes without mono suspension give problems like back aches, slip disc etc etc4. Suitable for long ride: with this bike I've made trips to goa, matheran, alibaug and many more places.5. Maintenance: the maintenance for this bike is very low as its a hero honda product. I just service my bike every 2 months and change the oil every alternate service. The service costs me around 500 bucks.6. The powerful engine: i touched the speed of around 105km/hr which is very good according to 125cc bike.7. Tough body: except for the rear part of the bike, it has a very tough body and sustains damages.8. Accident free: the bike doesn't vibrate on reaching its top-speed which i suppose is 105 as I've touched 105 max till 7 years I've no plans of changing my bike, but if i do so i will go again for a glamour which is very much modified with good features and even more attractive look.This bike is one serious contender for their competitors, the year which it was released it got the bike of the year award, and it got for the next two years also, consecutive 3 years and that's the reason we can see so many glamours around.I will always recommend this bike to everyone..A truly joyful experience riding this bike.There are people who keep cribbing that this bike isn't good but the fact is your bike performs as its maintained, if u ride harshly u cant expect any bike to be user friendly.Thing to be noted is that after buying this bike, for a duration of 1 year never ride above the speed of 50 to ensure you get good average. Keep your bike in regular service i.e. every 2 months and keep changing the oil bought this bike for around 55k and today i feel, buying this bike was the best decision ever I've made..Don't need to wait in queues, either climb in rushing pushing trains..Just remove the cover of my bike and ride in style..Every youth nowadays needs a bike with good looks..Good average..Good power and low maintenance and a smooth engine..Where can u find all of these together?glamours the name and way to go..Cheers to this bike..And i decided to write this bike on the auspicious occasion of 7th year anniversary of my bike..Truly a wonder-ride, one of the best bikes I've ever owned..And one more thing to be mentioned without fail is that even the hero honda service center people are great and very helpful, they do their work without any flaws..Whenever I've had small small issues with my bike they were always at my service. I have a friend who has a honda machine but always keep saying that he is unsatisfied with the servicing always, but I've never faced any problem with my service center..They not only resolve my issues but also deliver on time.Final thoughts: a complete package which hardly any bike has till date..Mileage..Power..Maintenance..Tough body..Trendy looks.If asked today..Bike or car?i would say glamour..For me a complete bike means glamour..There are high end bikes these days but hardly any bike which has such wide range of features and advantages i call it my dream machine..In few weeks m gonna get married and looking forward to have a good time with my would be wife on my dream machine, a rating of 4.5/5..Truly recommended hope to come up with more reviews..Keep smiling :-)cheers!

Accident free: the bike doesn't vibrate on reaching its top-speed which i suppose is 105 as I've touched 105 max till 7 years I've no plans of changing my bike, but if i do so i will go again for a glamour which is very much modified with good features and even more attractive look.This bike is one serious contender for their competitors, the year which it was released it got the bike of the year award, and it got for the next two years also, consecutive 3 years and that's the reason we can see so many glamours around.I will always recommend this bike to everyone..A truly joyful experience riding this bike.There are people who keep cribbing that this bike isn't good but the fact is your bike performs as its maintained, if u ride harshly u cant expect any bike to be user friendly.Thing to be noted is that after buying this bike, for a duration of 1 year never ride above the speed of 50 to ensure you get good average. Keep your bike in regular service i.e. every 2 months and keep changing the oil bought this bike for around 55k and today i feel, buying this bike was the best decision ever I've made..Don't need to wait in queues, either climb in rushing pushing trains..Just remove the cover of my bike and ride in style..Every youth nowadays needs a bike with good looks..Good average..Good power and low maintenance and a smooth engine..Where can u find all of these together?glamours the name and way to go..Cheers to this bike..And i decided to write this bike on the auspicious occasion of 7th year anniversary of my bike..Truly a wonder-ride, one of the best bikes I've ever owned..And one more thing to be mentioned without fail is that even the hero honda service center people are great and very helpful, they do their work without any flaws..Whenever I've had small small issues with my bike they were always at my service. I have a friend who has a honda machine but always keep saying that he is unsatisfied with the servicing always, but I've never faced any problem with my service center..They not only resolve my issues but also deliver on time.Final thoughts: a complete package which hardly any bike has till date..Mileage..Power..Maintenance..Tough body..Trendy looks.If asked today..Bike or car?i would say glamour..For me a complete bike means glamour..There are high end bikes these days but hardly any bike which has such wide range of features and advantages i call it my dream machine..In few weeks m gonna get married and looking forward to have a good time with my would be wife on my dream machine, a rating of 4.5/5..Truly recommended hope to come up with more reviews..Keep smiling :-)cheers!
