Very poor-quality scooter. Ever since I bought it, I’ve been constantly परेशान—running between the showroom and the garage again and again. When the engine itself has major issues, how can anyone trust this vehicle?
It keeps breaking down over small things. The sensors are useless, like toys, and the comfort level is zero. Sometimes the filter gets damaged repeatedly, sometimes there is no spark at all.
Even the tyres wore out within just 3 years, despite the scooter being used only in city conditions.
Overall, this scooter is completely unreliable. I would not recommend it to anyone

I have been using duet for now 9 years and after barely visiting service centre 3 times ( only to topup enginne oil and an air filter change ), the only concerning thing is the brakes it only work properly under 50 km/hr and a little bit of power drop due to CVT rubberband effect same with my destiny 125 because they're same.

Worst scooter with no mileage, worst performance. Waste of money. Nobody should buy it; it's a waste of money. After riding it for 9 years and 14000 kms, I can assure you it's even worse than a Vespa in mileage. We bought it to replace our old Activa, but after its worst performance, we can proudly say that the 2006 model Activa is still performing 10 times better than this, even after riding for 76000 kms.

My overall experience is 7 years riding this scooter the ride quality is too poor for village areas as roads are not maintained well so and the too much use of plastic is irritating, once it fall somewhere the noise coming from scooter parts is too annoying , you cannot replace it's parts as may of the parts are interconnected with another so it takes too much cost to replace, so I prefer not to buy scooter again because tyres are small so every small hole of the road is felt and body vibrates and these small wheels even slips too much on the road in rain so please never buy scooter again.

Good condition, good battery health, Good tire condition all documents. I go with it 50 km in 30 min. Good mileage, Good performance, No maintenance, Very good style. Hero duet is my first choice it is very comfortable while driving and sitting There is also enough space for a second passenger so I like it most.
