Very poor-quality scooter. Ever since I bought it, I’ve been constantly परेशान—running between the showroom and the garage again and again. When the engine itself has major issues, how can anyone trust this vehicle?It keeps breaking down over small things. The sensors are useless, like toys, and the comfort level is zero. Sometimes the filter gets damaged repeatedly, sometimes there is no spark at all.Even the tyres wore out within just 3 years, despite the scooter being used only in city conditions.Overall, this scooter is completely unreliable. I would not recommend it to anyone

Never buy any scooter without knowing my 7 years riding experience

My overall experience is 7 years riding this scooter the ride quality is too poor for village areas as roads are not maintained well so and the too much use of plastic is irritating, once it fall somewhere the noise coming from scooter parts is too annoying , you cannot replace it's parts as may of the parts are interconnected with another so it takes too much cost to replace, so I prefer not to buy scooter again because tyres are small so every small hole of the road is felt and body vibrates and these small wheels even slips too much on the road in rain so please never buy scooter again.

I bought my hero duet in 2017. Overall good scooter no big issues have come in till now. The riding experience of the scooter is good on bumpy roads. The suspension is good. I do service every year for smooth performance. Good mileage and is stable at high speeds. The under-seat charging port is convenient. The look of the vehicle is good.The downside is that pickup is a bit slow compared to other vehicles. There are no alloy wheels. Vibration came in 50-speed
