Immediately starts, very comfortable for family and loading luggage at legs, the seat is very big metal body very strong, stand indicator is good, indicators sound is high easy to ride, shock absorber is very good, battery life minimum 4 years, servicing for every six months.

Worst bike every after 4 yrs using, it's not able to start after repair, battery drain issue. Worst hero duet bike.
Avoid going for hero duet.
Not able to use due to starting issue, even after shown many times to different service dealers.
Worst.
I will never go for duet, due to poor bike and service issues.

Brought it in Goa. Then was taken to Mumbai. At first the scooter didn't give any problem but after the first service the scooter started to stop but it was rectified. The main problem is the parts for this scooter is very hard to get at any road side mechanic whereas even at the service center parts are not available. Looks are very stunning & lovely. Maintenance is little costly. The fuel tank wire has to be changed yearly otherwise it doesn't work properly.
