User Review of Destini 125 by Prashant

I bought this bike in May 2019. It has an eye-catching look and is very comfortable to ride. My Starting was okay. but I had a terrible experience after 2 years. It has a starting issue. The starter gets short itself I changed so many fuses and showed them in the showroom also but no result. Now I am planning to exchange it.

Very bad experience with the bike. Starting issue even a battery changed. Service centers only wash the bike and get money. They recant and replace the battery, I did my self to pay for the battery. And even spare parts not available in the market as well as a service center. Very unsatisfied bike.

I must say it is one of the best scooters on today's date. It has an excellent pickup, mileage is around 50 to 55 kmpl. Looks attractive and has very good suspensions which make the ride comfortable. Instead of buying activa which is more into commercial usage or access 125 which has no pick like the previous, I would advise everyone to buy this destini.

So many problems with the scooty
The wiring of the scooter is haunting
I don't like the bike
The visor along with the headlight broken several times in a few days
The ignition is not working properly
The fuel tank is very tough to open
The self of this bike is not working
I am starting the bike with a kick which is also very hectic since you need to start the bike with a very heavy kick.

When I contacted the sale person, the salesperson didn’t guide me properly and hide the cons of the product and before 1 year it breaks down 2 times. Most importantly he didn’t tell me about roadside assistance services. Even their customer care person didn’t have much information, service persons are busy in the new sale of product can’t send technical assistance. Most unreliable product.

The riding experience was horrible
And no proper mechanics in the service centre
In the service centre, they will do only water wash and oil change that's it
So many time I told shock absorbers are not working
Again and again, I am getting the same problem
Really I had bad experiences with the hero service centre
I don't want to buy again hero bikes.

Vibrates at 30_50 speed.
Design-wise is ok.
The major biggest thing to avoid this bike is
1. Low mileage 45kmpl.
2. Severe back pain as shock absorbers won't work for damaged roads(pits worn out roads). Indian roads no one bothered we shud only own a good bike. No one lays the roads for us.
Not knowing about these poor shock absorbers I purchased bike and now feel daily trouble while going to and coming from the office. Daily back pain.
The spinal cord becomes damaged with this bike. Extremely worse shock absorber for this bike while tvs jupiter like bikes have great shock absorbers.
I'm writing this review after reading all reviews that no one is aware of this issue which is a serious spinal cord issue. Pls have a test ride on dirty /washed-out roads with this bike and other good bikes if any if you are interested. Then take a decision. There are better alternatives.

Honestly speaking it's the worst scooter from hero... When you ride it feels like very least power. Don't go for it. The look is average. But when it comes to performance it's lacking. I thought a hero is the best choice for me but I am wrong...Hero has to improve his scooter...Overall it's not a good scooter.

It is giving only 37km mileage per liter don't buy also spare parts costly speed driving sound silencer when I asked showroom executive he told me its give 47km per ltr but its give only 37 I asked executive he told after two services it will give 47 then the second service I asked executive he told me city riding 37 only give.
