There are 3 major drawbacks to this scooter that should be considered before buying
1. Kick is very hard, you will find it difficult to start it with a kick.
2. There is a design defect with the petrol lid being opened by the ignition key. The cable breaks down every 6 months and you will be helpless how to fill the petrol.
3. The starting relay is also mismatched which leads to shorting problem your vehicle will not stop even if you take out the ignition key.

The worst scooter ever seen
I still have the scooter & spend 10000 per year....
So many problems with the scooty
The wiring of the scooter is haunting
I don't like the bike
The visor along with the headlight broken several times in a few days
The ignition is not working properly
The fuel tank is very tough to open
The self of this bike is not working
I am starting the bike with a kick which is also very hectic since you need to start the bike with a very heavy kick.

This bike has so many problems as listed below
1. Starting problems
2. Auto stop on ride on road in moving conditions.
3. All electrical switch are not working properly.
4. Mileage very is low
5. It's been a worse scenario in my case and all hero users, as they provide very poor product, it is also too bad, with bad suspension issue, even my meter shows 1500km more than actual. Company should recall this product. All people are facing same issues. Showroom owners are just like drunkards, they don't talk to us. After 3 months it looks as if it was a great mistake to buy. Why can't hero close these dealers as too poor customer support or no support too.
