When I contacted the sale person, the salesperson didn’t guide me properly and hide the cons of the product and before 1 year it breaks down 2 times. Most importantly he didn’t tell me about roadside assistance services. Even their customer care person didn’t have much information, service persons are busy in the new sale of product can’t send technical assistance. Most unreliable product.

A demo scooter was readily available in the show room for test drive and good understanding of the product. The sales person was patience and polite and was efficient in communicating the advantages of bs6. They detailed the options, price details, service and warranty related details etc. Destiny was the eye catcher and I went for it.
