It's a budget-friendly scooty, and very comfortable to drive this scooty, especially for old age person and women also me. Servicing and maintenance costs are lower than other scooters or bikes. Overall I think go for it. Change Engine oil after 2500 km for smoothness and good mileage. Don't Judge a book by Its cover.

Bike side stand problem occurs at 6 months. The vehicle stops suddenly and displays the side stand signal. The service of the vehicle is very poor and the vehicle does not work well and the noise is heard when it is running at high speed and the driving noise is also awkward and the maintenance of the vehicle is not good.

Hero Destini Never ever buys this vehicle. Made the biggest mistake of my life by buying this vehicle. Worst experience with bike & also with hero showroom irresponsible staff Hero vehicles are worst vehicles. Telling with experience.
Bought this vehicle in Hyderabad, Jp motors showroom @ Ramanthapur near Uppal, on March 27th, 2023.
Used for 17 days.
The showroom fellow suggested me buy this one & by trusting him I bought this vehicle.
Since day 1 I am feeling back pain & inconvenience riding experience, for 1st 2 days got wrist pain...

Cons:
1. Petrol indicator changes suddenly to reserve mode and keeps on blinking even after filling the petrol.
2. 2 side buttons are not working on the front reading meters
3. Terrific mirrors. Not visible properly...I don't know why they have designed like egg shape mirrors .. Rear view mirrors are made for maximum visibility of backside traffic.
4. Seat is hard. One feels back & butt pain after a few hours of riding. But d didn't face this problem with Honda Activa even for long rides.
5. They have given USB charging pins that sometimes not charging. If its an emergency no guarantee
Went back to the hero showroom after knowing about this & told them about this.
But they simply said that it was, not our fault its ur a bad time.
Irresopnsible techincian. Irresponsible showroom owner.
& for getting it repaired they told me that 100 rs will be charged but we don't have that material,
U need to go to another showroom. Went to Vishal hero motors showroom @ chintal , Shapur road hyd.
Explained this & technician simply told me that it takes 1 day time & 650 rs will be charged. Also talked to me in a rude way.
Irresponsible idiots, don't know how to talk to customers, have no decency, no common sense. Not at all trained in after-sales service.
Returned to my home without getting it repaired.
Pros:
Sometimes felt smooth ride.
Now I want to return my hero Destini vehicle. Ready to make an extra payment to hero motors to take back my vehicle. It's like punishment for me. Not at all interested to use this bike Now planning to Activa 5g.

Very bad system and service, spare not available in the showroom, bad behavior of service staff. Same problem in after-service, not satisfied service, and bad service from a hero finance company, totally emi paid but did not provide noc certificate, only time pass 2 days, after 5 days after but not provide noc certificate, the deal time good behavior but after very bad behavior.

Mighty engine and so strong bike. The seat is also too large and average also good. On a low budget, you get a good scooter. It's fantastic it has bs6 technology—and a back fuel tank. And you also take your scooty to other cities also. It's too comfortable. In scooty it's my best choice. It's sound also very nice. This is gold.

There is no doubt quality of this bike trusted brand like hero company has been really great from my grandparents to us we still prefer this brand they have never disappointed us this bike has a good design and great mileage love the scooty. It's comfortable to ride. Also looking is best.
