Actually the scooter is really good and comes with many unique features in an affordable range but the lack of responsiveness and inadequate support from the brand's customer service team left me feeling ignored and frustrated. The local dealer's unprofessionalism, frequent appointment delays, and super service further added to my dissatisfaction. The availability and quality of spare parts were also major concerns, leading to prolonged periods of scooter disrepair.
