Brixton Motorcycles has reduced the price of its scrambler, the Crossfire 500 XC, by Rs 27,499. The motorcycle now costs Rs 4.92 lakh (ex-showroom), making it more accessible and placing it closer to the Crossfire 500 X, which is priced at Rs 4.75 lakh.

The Brixton 500 XC is a neo-retro scrambler version of the Crossfire 500 X. Its design is purposeful as is evident in the high-set beak fender, stubby visor, and the headlamp guard. There is a prominent radiator guard, while the racing number plate on the side panels completes the scrambler styling.
The Brixton Crossfire 500 XC rides on a 19-inch front and a 17-inch tubeless spoke rear wheel wrapped with dual-purpose tyres. Suspension duties are handled by a fully adjustable KYB USD fork and a monoshock with preload and rebound adjustability. Braking duties are taken care of by a 320mm front disc and a 240mm rear disc with J.Juan callipers.
In terms of features, it gets dual-channel ABS and all-LED lights.
The bike is powered by a 486cc, parallel-twin motor that puts out 47bhp at 8,500rpm and a peak torque of 43Nm at 6,750rpm. This engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox.
It goes up against the likes of the Royal Enfield Bear 650.
