Manufacturing defects Poor service. Servicing pickup and drop charges are high. Not maintaining time commitments. In spite of writing to the founder and CEO of the company the servicing and the manufacturing defects did not result in very very poor service. My sincere opinion and feedback about this vehicle is that for the 65 a.m. range please do not purchase it.

Please don't purchase, so no question of tips. The 65 range is terrible. Poor service. Manufacturing defects were not resolved even after writing and requesting to the CEO.

To be honest, this is a budget-friendly bike, this has saved me nearly 6k every month from my fuel expense from my monthly budget. Also, the service cost is very affordable and the team is really doing great. And when it comes to customer handling, the Chennai dealer team is excellent.Good work Bounce team

Vehicle never launched in Chennai

I booked in December 2021. The vehicle is yet to come to Chennai. Every time I call them they say they will come to my city next week and the next week never comes. I asked them to refund the booking amount, but they never responded, cheaters, are totally in the name of electric vehicles. Never buy such unreliable brands.
