Manufacturing defects Poor service. Servicing pickup and drop charges are high. Not maintaining time commitments. In spite of writing to the founder and CEO of the company the servicing and the manufacturing defects did not result in very very poor service. My sincere opinion and feedback about this vehicle is that for the 65 a.m. range please do not purchase it.

Please don't purchase, so no question of tips. The 65 range is terrible. Poor service. Manufacturing defects were not resolved even after writing and requesting to the CEO.

1. The buying experience is very good.2. Riding experience is awesome.3. Low cost of maintenance, no need for servicing too early.I like the bike design. The best part about the scooter is the after-sales service and team, they respond very quickly and give doorstep service also. And very low money for service. Overall good experience. Totally scam company bounce infinity

Trap trap trap, big scam in the name of selling this ev, feels like cheating, I have booked this ev two-wheeler in December 2021 considering the price and value for money, but when the delivery started in august in my city the price is been hiked without any information, if you have booked the two-wheeler with a token amount, you cannot change the price to the loyal customer who has waited for 6-8 months for delivery, not any all professional company with the good branding
