Manufacturing defects Poor service. Servicing pickup and drop charges are high. Not maintaining time commitments. In spite of writing to the founder and CEO of the company the servicing and the manufacturing defects did not result in very very poor service. My sincere opinion and feedback about this vehicle is that for the 65 a.m. range please do not purchase it.

Please don't purchase, so no question of tips. The 65 range is terrible. Poor service. Manufacturing defects were not resolved even after writing and requesting to the CEO.

A very simple to use bike for daily commute. I did have a service issue which was fixed instantly. A reliable yet simple-to-charge at-home battery. Compared to other bikes in the market Infinity is the best in the segment. The cruise mode and reverse is very effective along with the drag mode. Overall a wow bike.

Brilliant scooter but Mileage needs some work.

The bike is amazing and gives you enough confidence to ride it. I started as a learner on this bike. The bike has never come up with any sort of issue so far and it's almost 2 years since I bought it. The one con of the bike is that it has way too less of mileage compared to its rivals like Ola and Eather. Wish they could give us a more powerful battery for longer rides. Not everyone wants to swap a battery. The main con is needing a frequent charge

Tips for other riders
Try not to use the breaks too much as it drains the battery if you use them too hard. Slowly apply the breaks for it to slow down the break response is amazing. Also, use the throttle and increase it slowly for longer battery range and try to not accelerate at all on descend it helps give you a longer range
