Economic & stylist bike, I used since June 2022, I have a great experience, my friends and family members tested they have also good experience. One more point to exiting when I stop somewhere people ask about my scooter, service is the available same place, remind me before it's time. The only problem is the charging station is not available in the city.

Don't buy bgauss electric bike, not use this bike, I have purchased b8 model and facing a lot of issues and I strongly recommend don't buy any bgauss bike.
Li-on battery issues and no mileage
Seat noise issues and it is a complete fiber one, no full load, and b8 and d15 bikes
Motor issues and a lot more.

Worst product. Defective throttle from day 1 of purchase. Have changed it three times in 18 months now again the same issue for the last month and no response from bgauss. Just spoiling rr group's name with such a product and no solution. And the showroom has stopped responding. Looking to sell this bike.

When I purchased this vehicle I faced so many problems like heat, suddenly off after many repairs and a showroom visit in Hyderabad problem resolved, currently I am using this bike only for local market visit because the battery is not so good, giving only 30km average and it is difficult to under stand range meter fluctuating like anything you can't guess how much battery balance.

I am using it for a month now, so I can say that I made the best decision to buy bgauss b8. It takes 3 hours to be fully charged when it's completely drained. The riding is super smooth. It gives a range of around 70-75 in first mode p.S first mode speed limit is 25kmph, when you ride on the top mode the range will be around 50km.

Decent scooter with a lot of features. Its initial pick is superb. On the first mode, we are getting an 80 km range. My wife can ride this vehicle easily. No issues so far. It's having a waterproof motor. But others don't have that kind of feature. Two persons can ride easily at night time also. Seems good electric scooter.

I am riding this bike last one month and not good
The only major drawback is the battery was not good, full charging after 20km shows battery low indication every time and the battery BMS also very poor.

One of pathetic and lazy sales and service guys. And worst electric vehicle you could find in current market. They quote the price nearly a lakh and vehicle doesn't even run 35kms at full charge that too at medium speed. No proper customer support for escalation. I have raised concern a month back and still no one attends. Please request not to go for this ev.
