Very worst service, no one take the responsibility for service. Very worst service centers in hyderbad and tirupathi. I personally visited these two areas. Specifically in tirupathi service at annamaya circle very worst experience with service persons and service center owners. Please don't purchase this vehicle. Vehicle wise it's ok but service wise very horrible.

As seller told us that we will get a rebate on this bike for around 6000 but we didn't get any rebate now he is saying you will not get it.
Pick up is good but the material and parts they use it is very low quality it's like toy material.
The horn button is broken within 4 months, and one lock is already spoiled but they don't have a lock to change, if have any problem then nobody repaired you have to call the showroom person but the workshop always closed after 7 days scooter got serviced....Body material and pars are not strong.

Throttle quality is very bad, while this is a very important part. The bike has too much height. No need for a button to start. The indicator buzzer should be there. Only 2-speed mode should be there. Body quality is not satisfactory. Apart from speed falcon is a more valuable bike than aura. Speed and pickup are very good.

The bike is not of very good build quality. It is very bad and the service is horrible. I am tired of its service center's service. They don't have any knowledge and not taking care of customers' bikes. Bike suspension is also bad. I am worried about its future. Many other companies provide better service than benling aura. It's just good in looks but when you start using it it becomes khatara and makes too much sound.

Uppal showroom employees as giving a good response as well they said to me if I charge 4 hours it will run 110 km I checked personally it is giving one 10 kilometers in 4-hour charging I am happy with scooter comfortable height convincing pick up look wise looking like vespa i am the between balancing you can drive four modes is equal to bike driving two members can go for our charging in 100 km.

Worst product, I strongly recommend not buying it. It's ridiculous. All parts are of very poor quality. A fair toy has better quality than the benling aura's scooter. Don't waste your money.

I bought an aura electric scooter for one month
I am totally disappointed with this vehicle.
I have faced many issues with this scooter
1. Brake switch damaged
2. Front suspension oil seal broken
3. Push start button damaged
4. Annoying sound from the rear side
5. Charging socket broken
6. High beam low beam switch is not working
7. Seat lock broken
I only run 2300 km with this vehicle daily I have faced issues with this vehicle
Don't buy this vehicle.
Save your money and time.

I purchased the Benling e-bike ( model: Benling Aura LI ) 1 and half years ago more than one year that bike had some small issues only. But now some spare parts are not available in the room. So many problems on the bike side stand damage, center stand damage, front break hose damage, head light not working, indicated light not working, light switch not working, Bumper quality very poor, Bike fibre quality also very poor, and Benling bike not worth for using after one year, Like a kids bike. We are not supported by the Benling company and also I am never referring to anyone who buys Benling bikes—a failed company.
