Very costly to maintain and not user friendly

First of all its very costly compared to other bikes available in this segment. Furthermore, the maintenance cost is 4-5 times high as compared to normal costs. Support for this bike is also very rare, with no alloy wheels, and low mileage. Better to go for royal Enfield. Benelli does not provide any accessories.

Do not buy this bike

The bike performance is very good.But when it comes to maintenance it is too costly.Every now & then you will have a problem.When you have a service station 40km from your location very hard to find a spare part for Benelli in my location.The average of this bike can get up to 25kmpl. The only reason not to buy this is because of the service station.

1. Buying experience - the moment I entered the Raipur showroom these Benelli staff were so humble and polite, the first thing they asked was a cup of coffee or water. After that they asked me each and every single requirement of mine, like what is my purpose, and my purpose was for city ride and according to my budget they suggested me their imperiale 400.2. Riding experience - i am never going to regret my purchase, this is the best thing which happened to me in my whole life till now, this bike is so good. The comfort level of this bike is far more better than its competitors, the power in each and every single gear is insane, the stability is the best amongst 400cc segment.3. Details about looks, performance - i just don't have words to say about performance, its smooth, its powerful, very good torque, just take a test drive of this vehicle and you will get to know what this bike is. 4. Servicing and maintenance - The service people of Benelli Raipur. They are so good, they talk in a clear way, about how much time the servicing takes and what all things is about to be changed. The first service costed me for around 1700rs or 1800rs, the second service costed me for around 3200rs which is good because there is a gap of 6000 kms for second service. Good pricing for a 400cc vehicle.5. Pros - - price is good for what the bike is offering. - good stability on higher speeds. - mileage is good :- - in city - 34 cons - - misses out the modern led lights.
