Cruiser bikes in India have either been very costly or with very low ground clearance. This bike takes care of these two aspects almost perfectly. The group clearance in ~18 cm and while it is classified as a premium bike, the cost doesn’t burn a hole in your pocket. The handle height is adjustable and the bike is wide and an absolute eye-turner. Strangely, it is not widely used even in the metros. In the last few months, a lot of strangers have approached me on the road to know more about this model. It gives a typical cruiser feel and is well suited for long rides and highways. The bike gets heated up in by-lanes with constant braking and maneuvering requires skills due to its bulk. The servicing is good in metros and parts are easily available from Hyderabad. The only drawbacks are :- lack of charger, Bluetooth, sliders or wind shields. These aren’t available in the after-market either.

    • False claim , Bike Looks Killer, Rides Smooth, But Here’s the Real Truth

I’ve seen this bike from the very first day my friend brought it home, right out of the showroom, garland on the handle and that proud smile every Indian guy knows too well. From that moment, the bike became a part of our daily life — hangouts, evening chai rides, late-night highway spins — and I’ve personally ridden it enough to share a real, no-nonsense experience.
First thing first: design and styling. This bike truly stands out. The sharp body, muscular tank, and road presence make people turn their heads, especially at traffic signals. In India, where style matters as much as performance, this bike definitely scores high.
Performance-wise, it feels smooth and responsive. The pickup is decent, the engine sound has character, and it handles city traffic comfortably. On highways, it feels stable, but you enjoy it most at mid-speed cruising rather than aggressive racing. It’s a bike for real-world riding, not just spec-sheet bragging.
Comfort is good for daily use. The seating position is relaxed, suspension handles Indian roads fairly well, and even long rides don’t feel tiring. My friend uses it for office commutes and weekend rides, and it fits both purposes quite well.
Where things could improve is the service experience. Authorized centers don’t always match the premium feel of the bike. Waiting time and support could definitely be better. For the price you pay, expectations naturally rise.
As for value for money, I’d say it’s worth it if you want style, comfort, and everyday reliability with a premium feel. It’s not just a bike — it becomes part of your lifestyle.
From an Indian rider’s heart: this bike isn’t perfect, but it earns respect on the road and delivers a satisfying ownership experience 🇮🇳 money looks like grow on trees , yeah its green but not leaves

Look guys I'll be honest with the Benelli 502 series stands out for its big-bike looks and strong road presence. The TRK 502 is comfortable for long highway rides but feels heavy in the city and isn’t great off-road. The 502C cruiser, meanwhile, turns heads with its stylish design and relaxed ergonomics, making it fun for city cruising and weekend rides. Mileage is on the lower side and Benelli’s service network is limited in India, but if you want style and comfort over practicality, these bikes deliver a unique experience.

The 502c is a mind-blowing machine that gives you that high adrenaline rush when you twist the throttle and has the best response in the mid and high RPM. The bike is an attention seeker on the road and you will get tons of questions about it due to its rare presence. But the pricing of the bike is a bit too on the expensive side for a 500cc and the maintenance is also on the expensive side whether it’s an entry-level Benelli or a top-end model. The service is expensive. But overall the experience of owning and riding is a thrill.

This bike is amazing to ride on, it make anyone's head turn because of its unique road presence and style, the engine is quite vibrating but fun to ride on and it is good for long-distance rides, you will feel premium quality ride it is value for money beast with beauty. The mileage is not good as per a 500 cc bike and the tire size is like a beast, good suspensions, but service is not easy for it.

Look vice the Bike is very good. It is the same look as one of the Ducati bike models. In India, the Benelli group needs more marketing strategies to do better business. The bike was pretty good for everything. Looking at bikes it's like a showstopper. If you go in public it will attract people. India needs more designs and cheaper bikes from Benelli Group.

      Dindu Nikhil

I think that its not the correct price for the motorcycle and the riding experience of the bike is smooth. The looks are good with high maintenance and with excellent performance, The cost is high for a bike and the service cost too. The driving is good but coming to cost it should be somewhat less.

    • Smooth experience with high price

      Dindu Nikhil

I think that its not the correct price for the motorcycle and the riding experience of the bike is smooth. The looks are good with high maintenance and with excellent performance, The cost is high for a bike and the service cost too. The driving is good but coming to cost it should be somewhat less.

    • False claim , Bike Looks Killer, Rides Smooth, But Here’s the Real Truth

      Avinash

    • Honest Benelli review

      Vivek

Look guys I'll be honest with the Benelli 502 series stands out for its big-bike looks and strong road presence. The TRK 502 is comfortable for long highway rides but feels heavy in the city and isn’t great off-road. The 502C cruiser, meanwhile, turns heads with its stylish design and relaxed ergonomics, making it fun for city cruising and weekend rides. Mileage is on the lower side and Benelli’s service network is limited in India, but if you want style and comfort over practicality, these bikes deliver a unique experience.

    • Mini Ducati is what I call this bike.

Already booked my bike on the day it was launched. I decided to book it Just awesome bike. Looks wise, feature wise and the long wheelbase. I love it. In this price point no bike can compete with this bike.
Key features: In line 4 sound from inline 2 system. USD forks, Pirelli tyres, naked looks, tft screen. Only thing they should add is a slipper clutch..
