Its a stupid bike from bajaj
Christo
Before when i bought this bike i loved it because it was the first above 100 bike for me. But after 7000 km the bike would not start and would stop at middle of road with strange sound and any mechanic didn't know about it. The metal quality of this bike is stupid. Bajaj just wasted its money on some engineers who don't know the basic problems faced by a daily commuter. I kept it in rain for just about 15 minutes and when i came back the bike wasn't starting. I am a bike lover so used to service my bike a lot but it was not giving me the results but was just drilling a hole in my pocket. Once the bike fell on sand and its mirror was gone. You can imagine how much good is the build quality of this bike.

Good price at 68.000. Riding experience is very good and comfortable.Looks is awesome and decent performance. Maintenance is average.I had tried tvs-apache before but on long trips it is very uncomfortable as your shoulders will start hurting but with pulsar it was not a problem. 4 valve engine is pretty good and you will have a seamless riding experience. It looks stunning and has very less maintenance. If you are a skilled rider and you know how to use clutch efficiently it will give you good mileage. For mediocre riders it is advisable to learn how to use clutch efficiently and change gears as it might affect the timing chain. Best bike in its class.

I have been using this bike for more than 4 years, bike was initially good but after i damage my doom bike started vibrating heavily. Maintenance cost is very less also resale value is less compared to other bikes of same range..
Pros:
Mileage - gives around 60kmpl
Performance and top speed is good
Cons:
Comfort - suspension is not good and the rider gets back pain after driving for 45 mins
Vibration is high when riding above 60kmph

I've been using this bike since last two years. Trust me this bike is value for money. In accidents, you are safe, just leg guard damage and few scratches on headlamp and visor. Looks-wise, awesome. Top speed, I've maxed it out at 132kmph. Low on maintenance. No drawbacks in my eyes. It will give you a mileage of around 55kmph at least. It is comfortable for long trips also, i had taken it to a 500 kms ride and it never let me down. Pulsar 135ls is love.

My 8 years of riding experience with my toruk macto avatar dragon name the red dragon
6 years ago
Prabhu
1. Buying experience first of all i like to mention that this bike was a gift from my dad for getting placed in a mnc company while pursuing college by 2010 feb. I was very much fond of pulsar 220 but as i was very lean due to my relation's advice to my dad as "if the bike falls down you cant get it back" ha ha... That screwed my 220 dream. Then one fine day my dad told he came to know a bike which will suit me and my requirements. Also he mentioned , i have no other option than the one he selected. Finally the day arrived and i visited the dealer to view my toruk macto (pulsar 135 ls).Our family mechanic selected 1 from 2 bikes available and that was the 1st red bike in town. One the same day before taking my bike back to home, i did the alloy wheel railing stickers for which i got good scoldings from dad.I felt like a celebrity when each one who pass by sees and ask about it.Just 1 week later i removed the tyre hugger at the back which gave more aggressive and sporty look to it(still on rainy days pillion was getting mud bath) still our home town(cracker city) don't get rain often which was to my advantage.2. Riding experience:I felt really nice to fit in the bike and felt happy when all my relations and friends mentioned "its like the bike is just made for you". Hand bar is like a fury hand bar and easy to swipe in the traffic. The handle bar is east for twist and turns. The foot pegs and at a right position for long rides. I then got placed in mnc by 2010 April itself and my dad agreed to take the bike to my dream it city, where i felt like surfing on roads as the roads were so good by 2010(current roads are little bad).3. Looks and performance : Look wise this is the best light weight street fighter, cause many good and sporty bike with have power and look but not mileage, many commuter bikes will have mileage but not looks and power. Many bikes are there which are heavy and powerful but no mileage and looks. But seriously this little champ is the delta of all 3.This little dragon never let me down under any hot or cold circumstances. Never faced any starting problems as i always start my bike by morning on its kick start which as per my dad advice makes the engine and battery feel good. The electricals and the other parts are very durable and never let me down.Do you know, its been 8 years and i made much customisation at it city and bought back to my home town after buying an imported bike (benelli tnt 25)To my surprise , still people in my home town look at my bike when it passes by. Even some asked whether its for sale. What i want to let you guys know is that, this bike has amazing customisation options.4. Servicing and maintenance:Regarding service, once i gave to a known mechanic for a service after all company service gets over. But to my bad, the bike started performing low. Then i realised my mistake of giving it to unauthorised service centres which has this pulsar 1000 oil.Within a month again i gave the service to a service station at whitefield. Really i was very happy with their service and the interaction. I was watching the complete episode of servicing through a glass door by sitting on a sofa.Which is very transparent.Still the engine which when started by morning always rises up and cools down automatically is a very good feature for engine maintenance, which no other bikes has it.5. Pros and cons:Pros : each and everything i mentioned above. Cons : i never felt anything till now as i am an adjustable guy for simple problems like vibes during high speeds :)Conclusion : even after this much years of running, i still feel like the first day when i saw this little guy everyday and admire him. When ever i clear the bike myself my friends used to tell that "if i keep our bike near yours when you clean, our bike will also get cleaned" matter of fact that i clean regularly by every Sunday by water hose and check break oil and apply oil in chain, foot-pegs, band and front wheels and clutch lever for easy access. My extra fittings to my bike.1. Racing boy wrint guards (5k imported)2. Projector headlights (5k)3. Blue park lamps (150)4. Yamaha fz back mudguard. 5. Yamaha gladiator engine belly guard. 6. Pulsar 200 ns back tyre (euro grip)7. Pulsar 200 ns side mirrors. 8. Reflective red sticking to the front brake disk.Last but not least "never under estimate a bajaj pulsar.

Don't waste your money for this scrap bike

The bike is completely scrap in terms of engine, mileage.... From Jan 2018 the bike shockers were making noises.... I visited service center several times but nothing happen. And there are many problems in bike from the day i purchased... I.E., company make false statements regarding mileage... And the bike engine is completely scrap.. During ride, the gear automatically shift from 3-4 to neutral on road.... Many times this bike make me suffer.... And for all this queries i visited service center more than 5 times.. But their staff is not able to detect the problems. Their staff is avoiding problem and using temporary techniques(jugaads) repeatedly like greasing, oiling and they said to me that it will take time then noise is automatically stop. Because of this problem i leave my bike at service centers and suffer so much that you can't imagine. Your bajaj service center is a pathetic service provider.. I suffered this much in first year of warranty period and the company said that the model will give 60 km average approx but still it is giving 40-45 mileage. The shockers of the bike are also not worthy. Please if you are going to buy a bajaj bike. Don't waste your money for this scrap bike and go for other better brands available in the market.

Its a stupid bike from bajaj

1. It for brought by me at a decent price of 75000 which is good for a 135cc sports bike . 2. Decent 3. Looks are just amazing and are better than pulsar 220f 4. It requires a good maintenance My self starter is not working now after the use of almost 2 years 5. Engine makes sound. Not really good breaking system Takes a lot of time to cross 90kmph speed.

Entry level performance bike poor comfort

Susil
