The turning radius is quite limited, making tight turns difficult

The Pulsar N160 is a lightweight motorcycle, which makes it easy to handle, but it also comes with some drawbacks. Because of its light weight, the bike doesn’t feel very stable at higher speeds and cannot be pushed too fast. Sudden braking at higher speeds can cause the brakes to skid, which reduces confidence while riding. The turning radius is quite limited, making tight turns difficult. Due to this, it is not very suitable for city riding, especially in heavy traffic or on narrow roads. On the positive side, the mileage is good. In city conditions, it delivers around 45–47 km/l, which is impressive for a 160cc bike. However, there is an issue with the rear shock absorber. When a pillion rider sits, a noticeable noise comes from the rear suspension, which affects ride comfort and overall quality perception.Overall, the Pulsar N160 offers good mileage and decent everyday performance, but concerns like braking skids, poor turning radius, and rear suspension noise make it less ideal for city use.

Pulsar 160—it's one beast of a bike that hits you right in the gut with its raw, aggressive look. I first spotted one ripping through Mumbai traffic, that beefy fuel tank bulging like it's ready to rumble, wolf-eye projector headlamp slicing the night, and those razor-sharp graphics screaming speed before you even twist the throttle. The split-seat design and knuckle guards give it that pure streetfighter vibe, making you feel like a king perched on top, handlebars wide and rearsets pulling you forward into attack mode. No wonder it turns heads at every signal; chicks dig it, and so do I.Fire it up, and that 160cc liquid-cooled mill growls to life with a punchy exhaust note that echoes off the buildings. First gear bites hard, and by the second, you're surging past autos and trucks like they're standing still. Top-end pull is savage—I've clocked 120kmph easy on the expressway, wind blasting your chest, but it stays glued to the tarmac thanks to those sticky MRF tyres. Mid-range torque is where it shines for city chaos; roll on the gas at 40kmph, and it leaps forward without drama. The 5-speed box shifts slick as butter, no notchy nonsense, just pure mechanical joy.Brakes? Front 260mm disc with single-channel ABS (on top variants) hauls it down rock-solid from triple digits, no lockup scares. Rear petal disc backs it up perfectly. Suspension's on point—telescopic forks up front soak up potholes like a champ, while the monoshock rear keeps it planted over undulations without pitching you forward. I've hammered it over Mumbai's crappy roads from Bandra to Andheri, and my back didn't complain once. Seat's wide and firm, pillion grab rails solid for the wife on weekend jaunts.Mileage hovers at 53kmpl in mixed riding. At ₹1.35 lakh ex-showroom, it's a steal for this adrenaline rush daily driver. If you're tired of bland commuters and crave a macho 160cc thumper that owns streets by day and highways by night, grab a Pulsar 160. It's not just a bike; it's your new addiction
