I’ve been riding the Pulsar 150 Twin Disc for a while now, and here’s my honest experience with it.
First of all, the bike feels really solid. The build quality is something I genuinely appreciate , it doesn’t feel flimsy at all. The seat is super comfortable, both for me and for anyone riding pillion. Whether it's short city rides or slightly longer trips, the comfort is definitely a big plus.
The engine is smooth and refined. It’s not insanely powerful, but for daily use, it delivers power very cleanly. I really like how easy it is to ride in traffic without feeling stressed. And with the twin disc setup, braking is much more confident than the older versions. I can actually feel the difference, it’s a lot safer, especially when you need to stop quickly in busy areas.
One thing that surprised me is the mileage. Despite looking sporty, it still gives me around 45–50 km/l, depending on how hard I push it. That's pretty good for a bike in this category. Also, when you think about the price, it’s actually a very good deal for what you’re getting.
Now, coming to the things I didn’t like much:
The design, honestly, is starting to feel a bit old now. It still looks decent, but when I see newer bikes like the Apache RTR or Yamaha FZ, I feel Pulsar needs an upgrade in styling. Also, the bike feels a bit heavy when maneuvering in tight spaces or parking.
Another thing I noticed is, when you go above 80 km/h, vibrations start coming on the handlebar and footrests. It’s not terrible, but it’s noticeable and could have been better. Plus, in today’s time when bikes are coming with full digital consoles, Bluetooth, and LED lights, the Pulsar still sticks to a semi-digital meter and traditional bulbs, which feels a little outdated.
Lastly, though the twin disc brakes are strong, the feel at the lever isn’t the sharpest. It works well but could have been a bit more progressive.
Final Thoughts:
Overall, I’m really happy with my Pulsar 150 Twin Disc. It's reliable, fun to ride, and doesn’t hurt my pocket in terms of fuel costs. If you're looking for a trustworthy daily bike with some sporty character, this is a very solid choice. But if you’re someone who wants the latest tech and flashy looks, you might feel it’s a bit behind the trend.

My bike was purchased in the year 2010, and even now I enjoy riding. The best part is that the performance is still the same from day 1. I have completed the milestone of 1 lakh kilometres with my bike, and I still love it. Many of them told me to change my bike, but I didn't even think of changing it.

Service is very poor at the outlets's specially the attitude.
Got it done outside at a cheaper price always with buying genuine spare parts by oneself.

Moderate in comfort. ( Can create back pain if ride long)
Since is has 150cc so you can't go rough above 70km/hr or else bear with the low mileage. To maintain better be at 50-60km/hr.
My got 35km/litre.
Every part has a replacement date, Oil is must to be changed on a fixed interval or can lead to engine break.
But still have a good experience with the pulsar since it is a strong and powerful bike.

It is a great bike. I have had it since 2016 and it gives a solid mileage of 48-50kmpl. My daily commute to the office is 25km one way. It's a smooth ride. Works all seasons. Just a precaution do not break very hard, the back tire slips a bit. I never fell because of that but it's better to know of these things. This matters on rainy days when breaks apply slowly.
I chose this since I did not want the back seat very high since my gf is a few inches shorter so it would have looked odd in a high backseat design, Also I do not want to compromise in posture considering I will be riding daily 50km office (two way)
Riding pleasure is higher than all other bikes of the similar segment I have ridden, It is one of the most trusted models since 2003 something and has been refined very well over the years, with very little maintenance. Just need to change the engine oil after a 2500–3000 km ride and check the greasing, and air filter once in a while.
Although For long rides such as 100km + outstation, I would not prefer it or rather any bike but Avenger 150, 220 cc may do that purpose due to better posture.
