    • Battery and Technology is worst. Buy petrol vehicle best

      Christopher

I purchased on Feb 8, 2025 just within 5 months main battery is gone and for replacement, it will take 15 days time. There is no proper response from the service station always say they have less manpower If you cannot give us support them don't sell the product. We are from a middle-class family and cheating people like us is not right. RSA is worse and customer service doesn't have an answer. Rarely does TechPac connect.

Overall experience of this scooty is worse very expensive parts and service 1+yrs. Of experience. My suggestion don't buy this scooty because it is very much fragile as parts of this scooty is concerned. Exorbitant price of plastic parts are used for this scooty is made by the production of the scooty.

I have wasted my hard-earned money buying this trash. Software glitches. Poor service. Service center guys don't know what they are doing. After the service, there are tons of bugs. Then have visit your service center again and again. I am tired of this. I should have bought a petrol scooter. I am 100% regretting my decision. Please!! Take my review seriously. You will regret buying this. Don't waste your money and go for an electric scooter.

While its TecPac and mobile app are disasters, its battery and BMS are faulty. Within 3 3-month range has reduced to 30km only. The service center says it's normal if I speed up more than 40 km/h. If I run at max 40kmph, it may give a range of 80kms. I drive 16km every day at a speed of up to 70kmph, and the battery goes down by 50%, the range reduces to 62 km from 133 km. That means you can't drive in Sports mode ever, or else the battery will drop within 10 minutes. I paid 1.70 lakh, including Rs. 7500.00 on TecPac. The company is not responding to repeated complaints. I am cheated.

    • Poor service Experience.

      Suraj Nikam

My Chetak 3501 gives me 90 km range on full charge which is very disappointing, where Company claims a range of 153 km on full charge. After considering some losses of electricity, it should give at least 125 km range.
JC Motoplex Chetak service , Navale Bridge Pune is worst service center, that I have visited.

    • Worst decision to purchase this piece of junk

      Rajnish Rajsoni

I've been facing many frustrating issues lately. My battery seems to be failing, the customer service response time is painfully slow, and the battery range is dismal—it’s just not cutting it. To be honest, this experience has left me feeling pretty uncomfortable with the product. I’d rather use something that’s barely functional than continue with this. In fact, even if it were offered to me for free, I wouldn’t want it!

    • Horrible service experience at Kamda Auto Savedi Ahmednagar

      Nitin

Total Management is a fraud customer service center not respond to phone calls and emails. The service Center owner is not a professional person.
They are taking advantage of the monopoly of their service center.
There are no spare parts available in the service center they order the same and then fix the problem. For order they need 15-20 days.
Try to avoid EV vehicles especially Bajaj Chetak.

    • Battery gone with in 3 yrs and 18k lms

      Dharmendra Asimi

We bought this bike about 3 yrs back, in fact less than 3 yrs. We rode about 18,000 kms and usage is almost minimal. Home to office and then office to home. A single user riding and who usually rides in the speed range of 25 to 35 (female rider) never dropped or had an accident. Yet the battery is gone in less than 3 yrs, when we approached the showroom for fixing, they are asking for 75k for battery replacement. Since its a huge amount to invest, we took time to deicide and left the vehicle at the service center for more than 10 days and today we got a call from serveice center saying that - since we left the vehicle untattended for more than 10 days - MC is gone and will cost additional 15,000 - in total its 90K whihc is absurd and unacceptable. EV boom, this is the book which costs the entire vehicle cost every 3 yrs. I hope Chethak interferes and does something about this, after this I lost faith in EV vehicles and will use petrol no matter what. If this happens to other users then i am sure no one will be buying an EV from chethak with this kind of treatment.
