Scooter looks excellent among all other brand; pickup is good, value for money product, single shockobser system is comfortable but a little risky at high speed. Scooter is good for city work, with enough boot space. I purchased from Amazon 2 years ago below 1 lakh. Now the price has increased 30%.

Service for this scooter is very worst. Not even feel worth it. There is no comfort in the scooter's service. Whenever we call the service centre there is no response. Always delay in the service. Not meant for rough drivers. Leaving vehicles stranded at the service centre for extended periods due to late service. Completely the worst experience for the service.

I bought a Bajaj Chetak C3202 last month, and while riding, it makes a loud sound like someone screaming; even the service centre technician does not know where the sound is coming from, which is a very disappointing experience. Throw your money in the fire, but don't buy a Bajaj scooter. Bad experience at Bajaj Kolhapur.

Colour is the only good thing about this vehicle
I've owned this Chetak 3501 for about a year now, and the only positive I can honestly point to is the colour. Everything else has been a disappointment.
The biggest problem is reliability. The vehicle simply refuses to start — no warning, no pattern; it just doesn't start. In the space of one year it has been towed off the road four separate times. Four. That is not a one-off defect; that is a vehicle I cannot trust to get me home.
The Roadside Assistance has been equally poor. Calling RSA makes no real difference — response is slow, and the problem keeps coming back regardless. Service overall has been pathetic. Whether you call RSA, the service centre, or anyone else, the outcome is the same: you wait, and then you're back in the same situation a few months later.
I bought this expecting basic dependability. Instead I've spent the year arranging tows and chasing support that doesn't resolve anything.

This scooter is very good choice for someone looking for comfort and performance as well as style because the look is very impressive but also the performance is quite impressive and very comfortable to ride. It runs nearly 110 km in a single charge which is decent and it takes 4 hours 30 mins approx to charge. This is a very good option according to price and other competitors.

I am extremely disappointed with my Chetak Bajaj scooter. The overall experience has been frustrating and nowhere near what I expected from a reputed brand. The scooter has had multiple issues, and getting them resolved through service has been a headache. The service experience is poor, response is slow, and customer support does not seem to take complaints seriously.
For the price paid, I expected much better quality, reliability, and after-sales service. Unfortunately, the scooter has caused more frustration than satisfaction. I would not recommend the Chetak Bajaj scooter to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free vehicle.
Very poor experience. Definitely not worth the money.
