I am extremely disappointed with my Chetak Bajaj scooter. The overall experience has been frustrating and nowhere near what I expected from a reputed brand. The scooter has had multiple issues, and getting them resolved through service has been a headache. The service experience is poor, response is slow, and customer support does not seem to take complaints seriously.
For the price paid, I expected much better quality, reliability, and after-sales service. Unfortunately, the scooter has caused more frustration than satisfaction. I would not recommend the Chetak Bajaj scooter to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free vehicle.
Very poor experience. Definitely not worth the money.

The vehicle was damaged twice within two year,, didn't expect this much from a brand like chetak,
Lost all trust in this brand... I will never promote or recommend this brand to any one...
We have lost a huge amount in investing in this electric vehicle no commitment with the customer

Comfort ride, good space for storage; you can put two helmets. Full Metal body for longer durability. Fast service. Accelerates fast. Overall good experience for city rides and also for long rides. Charging time: maximum 5 hrs. The top speed I have experienced is 65, which is good for city rides. Budget-friendly scooter.

I recently purchased the Bajaj Chetak C3503, and it has completely transformed my daily city commute. The buying experience at the dealership was incredibly professional, offering transparent pricing, easy booking options, and comprehensive warranty coverage. On the road, the riding experience is exceptionally smooth and silent, handling chaotic urban traffic with absolute ease. Its retro-modern design and full steel body look incredibly classy, offering far superior build quality compared to other plastic-body electric scooters on the market.

Very Bad experience buying a Bajaj Chetak 3501. And a useless tech pack with additional money. The battery of my bike was dead within 8- 9 months. After they replaced the battery, my bike's range decreased to 60-80km/charge. And there are lots of lag problems in my bike, like the bike gets shut off and never gets start until mechanic relocate battery connection. Waste of money buying Bajaj Chetak. Please, I request you people not to go for this Bajaj Chetak.

Chetak ko use karne ka mera overall experience kaafi achha raha hai. Scooter ka design simple but premium lagta hai aur road par bhi kaafi stylish dikhta hai. Riding experience smooth aur comfortable hai, especially daily office ya normal city travel ke liye. Handling easy hai aur scooter traffic mein bhi comfortably manage ho jata hai. Build quality bhi achhi feel hoti hai. Overall, agar aap daily use ke liye ek comfortable aur stylish scooter chahte hain, to Chetak ek achha option lagta hai. Abhi tak mera experience positive aur satisfactory raha hai.

It's a fantastic bike with a metal body whereas others provide fibre body, it's sleek look gives a classy vibe it's features are top notch it's been 3 months since i purchased this bike till now no complaints and it doesn't have a manual key which is plus point compared to other companies no one provides this feature overall a very good scooter.
