I have been very impressed with the Bajaj Chetak 3501. The build quality feels premium with its solid metal body, and the ride is smooth and comfortable for daily commuting. The scooter offers a claimed range of up to 153 km, a spacious 35L boot, fast charging, and a responsive touchscreen with navigation support.
The riding experience is quiet, stable, and confidence-inspiring. While the connected app and some smart features can occasionally be inconsistent according to some users, the scooter’s overall performance, reliability, and premium design make it one of the best electric scooters in its segment.

I bought 3501 with an on-road price of 1,55,000 in Andhra Pradesh, Ananthapur district.
Bike performance, build quality, battery backup, charging time everything is good only disadvantages are that the front suspension is zero; while I ride on patched-up roads and cc roads, the handle starts jerking, and my hands are completely jerked and vibrated.
another disadvantage is that seat comfort is not good; I'm facing back pain.
need improvements
1. Front telescopic suspension
2. Should give an on-off option on the remote control sensor
3. Need space to carry a gas cylinder in the foot space
4.30 or 25 litres of boot space is enough
5. Techpack should provide the ex-showroom price

I am taking this scooty on 2025 Feb, from now onwards cover upto 20000 km. It does not give any trouble. Sometimes due to a lack of charge, it stop but due to service centre, they provide on-road assistance. For. Reliability: It gives great comfort. from starting, it give same range, 120 in a single charge. One time my charger was faulty but with great support, the service center they provide me with a new charger.

Service is not good at all. The service centre asks you to come after 7 days when you log a call. Extremely unprofessional and arrogant staff. We are paying around Rs.700 for a periodic service of just 10 mins for just updating the software, but they could not provide a clean service centre, well-behaved and professional staff. What are they doing with this money? Never seen such easy money in any business.

I purchased my electric Chetak scooter last year; since then, it has been creating a kind of problems for me while riding, sometimes it doesn't get started and sometimes the screen gets totally blanked, and whenever I visit the service centre for any assistance, the manager, along with some of the other staff, doesn't know how deal with the customers in a proper manner. They do not have the spare parts available in the showroom; they only try to take the money from the customers' side instead of repairing the electric vehicles.
Last but not least, I recommend that anyone should not purchase an electric scooter from such places where the manager himself behaves rudely and doesn't provide satisfactory service to the customers.

It's only six months since I purchased this & its battery is down & very bad experience totally 😔
Please it can be more better. Kindly change this ...this is so unexpected from the Bajaj company ev scooty is better but in this case, we can't see. These six months the scooter has needed to be repaired three times repairing & also damaged.
