The 3.5 kWh battery offers one of the lowest "cost-per-km" ratios in the premium segment, and the massive 35-litre storage eliminates the need for external luggage accessories. However, the true value is slightly hidden behind the optional TecPac; without it, you lose the smart features that justify the "Premium" tag. If you plan to keep your scooter for a decade, the Chetak's build quality makes it a financial win.

Scooter didn’t meet with the actual range. It gives 50% less than expected. It only runs 70 kms. The battery also doesn’t charge full. First the company makes promises but when we go to the service centre. The persons who work didn’t even listen to the complaints. When we also email to them. They also have silly excuses.

Overall experience of this scooty is worse very expensive parts and service 1+yrs. Of experience. My suggestion don't buy this scooty because it is very much fragile as parts of this scooty is concerned. Exorbitant price of plastic parts are used for this scooty is made by the production of the scooty.
