Bajaj Avenger Street 160 price in Kolhapur

The bike is good. But the service department is very careless. Fuel gauge day-by-day variation. The side panel cover is very third class and the salesman says This is how it comes from the company. Overall bike has a good city mileage of 40-42 and highway mileage of 45-48. The bike is good and comfortable for long rides. This bike has only one fault this is only an electric start no kick.

1) issue with sensors- bike stopped in the middle of the road, and I had to tow it twice within a year.
1.1) fuel gauge stopped working within 5000 km ...Service center has no clue why it isn't working.
1.2) service center people are reluctant to replace parts even though its under warranty
2) acceleration is not quick & too much vibration over 70 kmph speed.
3) very very uncomfortable for the pillion rider.
4) suspension set is the worst- you can feel all undulation & small pots
5) poor quality- switches, and chrome parts are of poor quality & color fades easily
So many issues...I regret my decision to buy this bike...
If possible choose another bike..
Don't recommend avenger 160.

I Bought Bajaj Avenger 160 street bike in the month of January 2016. The mileage of the vehicle is very poor in the range of 30 to 35 kms/Litre. The handle lock and bike start/off key location are in different areas. Accidently I did not remove the handle lock and used the and started the bike and fell. There is no indication that the handle is locked and the bike got started which led to the accident this is very dangerous. The length of the bike is long and difficult to take turns. Not good for city-level riders. Good for long journeys and tours.
