I have purchased Ather Ritza Z 3.7 kW which is much better and less expensive than a petrol scooter. which is equipped with very good features. Its build quality is very good.
And we are most happy about the fact that today, because of us, the environment around us is not polluted. And especially when someone is driving a bike with us whose silencer is emitting excessive amount of engine smoke. Then we feel proud that because of us the network did not suffer any harm

Its cost is too much for a normal person. At this price, you should get a range of 200 km. If the price of this scooter comes down then it can prove to be a good scooter and its IDC kilometer range should be around 200 kilometers then the public will be ready to buy this scooter. This scooter has pro software, the company should provide this software with its EV Two vehicle Serious Cast

Design and color super .......... please improve riding range, headlight position change tap area because any s bend area not cover corner area ......... charge remove future I am very impressed........after full charge automatically cutoff future is super I waiting for extra model vehicle......overnight charge pass option very helpful to me and vehicle moving time google map and other options not able to access so please improve the future

This is a great scooter for daily city commute. The storage capacity is huge and Ather's connectivity features are good to use. The ride quality is also good, even in potholes and speed bumps. The seat height is perfect for me and my wife. The reverse mode function is great to get in and out of parking lots. The tow alert also saved me once when I had parked it on the street and was in a nearby store. Overall, I would recommend this scooter to anyone who is environment conscious and also wants to drive a good feature packed scooter at a fair price.

Everyone has been giving rave reviews about the Ather Rizta. I purchased my scooter about 4 months ago. Unfortunately, it has been a pretty bad experience to date. First point the vehicles to bulky and heavy and very difficult to move. People sitting in the back constantly complain about how wide the vehicle is and how difficult it is to get on the vehicle and get down from the vehicle.
Once you ride this vehicle you suddenly realize that your thighs and leg are paining a lot.
The condition according to the company itself is you cannot have more than 140 kgs riding on the vehicle, which means that you and your wife together cannot weigh more than 140 kgs.;
The mileage is extremely poor.
Have been to service three times in the last 4 months and there has been no improvement. The mileage that I have been getting is in the range of 40 to 50 km for a full charge.
I waited for over 1 year trying to get the perfect electric vehicle and I was convinced with all the publicity that this was the vehicle of choice for me. I am sorry to say that this vehicle is anything but good and I would strongly advise anyone to buy this vehicle.

Friendly Scooter, good value for money, and a more comfortable ride than EV Scooters. Features almost meet customer requirements and are simply awesome. Some materials have to be replaced with alloy material in place of Plastic. Minor improvements are required and the Pro pack cost is also high. Better to include the Scooter Cost.

I brought my Ather Rizta 2nd variant with a pro pack (additional cost of 15000) and additional warranty (additional cost of 5000) and around 4000 for accessories (optional) total cost on road kasargod Kerala 172000. It is fairly expensive (overpriced compared to other brand).
The scooter gives about 100km range in every ride (almost). Charging time at home charge time about 6-7 hours. And fast charging about 40 min to 80%.
The main thing missing in the scooter was a mobile charging setup. Motor kill switch. Pass the light switch.
The scooter was good and perfect for a family with a daily run of 40 km.
I have almost done 2500km

I recently bought an Ather Rizta Mid variant with a pro pack (pro pack is essential for the 5-year (additional 2 years from original 3 years) warranty they claim on ads and costs you close to 20k). I have also bought an additional 3 years battery warranty for 5k.
Let me talk about the delivery experience, I have purchased the vehicle through a local dealer (rajdurai's Coimbatore, Ramnagar). The initial experience was good until I paid the whole money, till then the sales guy was behind me every day ringing at least 5-6 times asking if I can make it the next day. The moment I paid I stopped getting calls from the sales guy, in fact, the guy was missing during delivery and I (myself and my family) had to wait for an 1 hour without any updates, not sure about if this happens in other showrooms. Sales guys show a lot of attitude is what I understand from the reviews on Google for the showroom, Ather should fix this to sustain in the market, they should understand that they are not a monopoly anymore, there are several electric bikes in the market with 8 years default warranty with better configurations. I also hear pathetic experiences about the service especially on the Coimbatore, Ramnagar branch. I am already worried about my wrong purchase decision, hope not to get any issues in between to avoid the pathetic service team and the hassle.
