Everything that you need in the e-scooter is included. And I am really satisfied with what is claimed and what is provided. It is close to despite some companies that mistakenly think of deceiving the customers; they are honest. This is the best EV scooter, and if you want to buy, just go for it.

Riding this thing as smooth as butter, no vibration, no annoying sound, no waiting in line for petrol. It gives a range of more than 100 km, should work on his looks or design, I think the design should be more appealing, and make your services more appealing.
You are good and better than Ola and Chetak, but you should be the best in services because if you make happy to existing customers they will recommend more to their friends.

I was finally bought this Rizta Z 3.7kw with propack & Quite Expensive
But,
It's my first Electric Vehicle, milage is not like 125/150..
Real world range is nearly 85+ with ZIP mode,
May be vary in Eco mode... NOT USED TILL NOW.
I like zip mode and it's performance and it's sound...
Suspension awesome...
One drawback is there...
While down battery below 25% it will automatically off while riding, (mad system) how will ladies and unknown persons will handle this situation while riding on roads...?
Later should start again, but people having fear on the road know..?
Everything comes under pro pack.
The seat and storage was good.
All ok
Milage - Don't expect 80+ zip mode
Charging - 4 minutes for 1 % (400 minutes for full charge)
Will update what happened in the upcoming days...

I had a good riding experience from the other gearless machines and ga ood throttle push and a digital meter like a dashboard of a car experience, and if you are going to ride it, it is such a good machine made by our indian brand, first of all. So if willing to go for a scooter, don't you give a test drive trial once I am sure you're gonna love this reliable product, I am too a fan of it.

Performance is not good very fast discharge battery. Services is too much because I claimed parts on date 12th April 2025 but the service centre called me on 6th may 2025. And Scooty 's software is giving very bad performance, this is not sync, I already raised a complaint but ather company still now not solved the issue nor have they called me about the raised complaint. I advise to everyone not to buy the Ather Scooty, i am facing the problem, I don't want to face others.

Ultimate product, balanced performance and reliability...this is what is called Ather. Basically, Rizta is a family scooter, but it is fun to drive. Accessories are innovative but slightly costly ( you will not find them in the aftermarket ). Available EVs in the Indian Market don't give assurance like others do. No quality compromise. Battery warranty is the cherry on top.

The Ather motor has made a revolutionary EV scooter with good design, with a wide seating space ensuring more comfort, and the under-seat space is also large, good to accommodate two helmets. It also has software, which additionally costs 14000rs. This software will give you the true navigational status of your scooter as well as the battery capacity. The rest of the features are not important or needed. This 14000rs also includes an extra battery warranty of 2 years. If you want to purchase a battery warranty for an extra 3 years, it will cost you more than 5000rs. This would give you 8 8-year battery warranty in total.
Pros-
Battery -This scooter has an efficient battery fully enclosed in a metal casing. It is unlike other scooters, which have unprotected batteries that get heated frequently, and battery capacity also deteriorates in other scooters.
Body- The whole body is made of aluminium alloy, which makes it lighter and also increases the efficiency of the battery.
Charging station - Ather is also a fast charging station. In my city, it has 5/6 charging stations at a range of 2km. They have a high charging grid in their service centre and outside their showroom. Now they provide free charging. In my city, it's free. Negative part is that it would charge your scooter upto 80%.
Software- I liked the software system as it has a good navigational system and built-in GPS to track your scooter.
It also provides an alert in case your scooter is shaken or moved by someone while it's locked in your mobile.
Modes- It has two modes, eco and zip mode. On the highway, you can ride in zip mode.
Accessories - In the showroom, they will provide you free ISI-approved helmet. Rest, all things are chargeable.
Additional guard and foot race will cost you 4000-5000 Rs, depending on the showroom.
Service centre - Ather provides good and timely service, which you can book your slot from your mobile. Service charge is 600- 700 Rs, and additional prices depend on your scooter's condition and replaceable parts.
Cons- Every scooter or bikes have pros and cons, but you will only hear the pros from the showroom personnel; they will never tell you the cons, you will only get cons after experiencing the scooter.
I will provide the list of cons as I have found, as per my point of view-
1st - In highway or for long-distance rides, the motor speed decreases -it means if you ride for a long time and you give constant acceleration, the speed gradually decreases.
2nd- In the charging centre, the battery got charged within 45 minutes upto 80%, but at home it takes upto 3/5 hours, depending on the power supply.
3rd - In my scooter's lock-in system for changing have some problems as it's locked sometimes, it won't.

I have purchased Ather Ritza Z 3.7 kW which is much better and less expensive than a petrol scooter. which is equipped with very good features. Its build quality is very good.
And we are most happy about the fact that today, because of us, the environment around us is not polluted. And especially when someone is driving a bike with us whose silencer is emitting excessive amount of engine smoke. Then we feel proud that because of us the network did not suffer any harm

Its cost is too much for a normal person. At this price, you should get a range of 200 km. If the price of this scooter comes down then it can prove to be a good scooter and its IDC kilometer range should be around 200 kilometers then the public will be ready to buy this scooter. This scooter has pro software, the company should provide this software with its EV Two vehicle Serious Cast
