Don't ever purchase this scooter. I purchased it 6 months back, 2 times the belt has broken and the cost of the belt is 3000k.
Service is worst. I over and above had left my scooter for servicing at their experience center, my new charger was stolen by the employee over there. I was asking them for it but at the start, they told me that we will provide me with a new charger later they were saying that it was not our fault it was not stolen by our person.
Please do not purchase this scooter. It's my personal advice because I am fed up with the kind of service I am receiving after purchasing such an expensive scooter.

Not worth buying, post-purchase you will be going to face issues with the service, they don't have a proper service network, and I had the worst service experience with ather, customer care team gives you false information, they provide a fake invoice for an annual subscription, it's more than 1month no response from them.

I have 450x generation 2. The buying experience was pretty smooth, I got delivery in 20 days. I ride daily around 50 to 60km. Using smart eco you can get a range between 85 and 105km. In myself max I have achieved 101km. Warp mode and sport mode are unbelievable fast. The first service cost was around 600rs. The charging time is 4.5hrs.

look at our quality no excuse, There is no problem in riding either, and the fit is better than other scooters, robbing in the name of service, Ather belt is available in the market for around Rs 800-1000, which we have to purchase for Rs 3800, Brake shoe is available in the market for around Rs 180-600, it has to be purchased for Rs 1200, The noise in the belt keeps on changing the belt, instead of spraying it, the noise in the belt seems to be banded, it is the biggest mistake of our ridiculous service, it's only been 12 months, I have spent Rs 8000 to 10000 on everything I got. It means that I bought another to save money but it was better to take a petrol bike then it turned out that I made a big mistake in buying another.

I am writing a review after using it for 1 week. It makes too much noise while running on a speed between 30 KM/H to 40 KM/H. Seat not well even girls can't drive properly too much height and you can't arrange the seat.
The last point if you buy a pro model means you need to pay an additional 30k but the software not up to mark, lots of errors map and tracking are not working properly.

I have purchased Ather 450 XHR. Compared to other electric scooter the performance is very good in ather and easy to handle in traffic. Even short riders can also ride this scooter, The service is very good they will resolve all the issues but the disadvantage is the kilometer range I'm just 105 in smart eco mode if it is more than 150km it would be better, build quality is not upto the mark, side stand is not good difficult to handle compared to access or activaa and you will find good boot space and extra accessories are very costly even that is the major drawback rest everything is good you can buy the scooter without any hesitation.

The buying experience was great no issues.
The riding experience was unbelievable as this scooter rides and takes pace is great for an electric scooter.
The look is best due to its exposed subframe and unique colors it stands out of all the scooters available on the market right now. Performance is 10/10.
1st service is at 5000km.
I don't know about the service as I have only clocked 2000 km odo but I had visiting once for the tpms installation. They are quick at their work.
In maintenance, there is only broken shoes and cleaning.
Pros 1) best performance
2) connectivity features
3) display usability
4) panel fit and finish
Cons 1) price is high
2) in the rainy season the rear section gets dirty
quickly
