Very poor services and unsupported staff. Do not buy vehicles from these companies. In purchasing of just 4 months, we have 6 to 7 times battery issues still do not resolve properly. Today again we are facing this issue. But still, the company can not change the piece. And do not properly find the what issue was.

At the time of purchase, tall claims were made. No after-sales service. Rude behaviour by customer care and centre. I can't rely on this scooter. It stops anywhere. The battery is horrible. In short, nothing is good. Don't buy it. Everything is chargeable. Charging 2000 for towing as road side maintenance.

I prefer you to purchase this scooty it gives a very good experience and I have used it for last 8 months. It Looks like a very expensive scooty. Its service is also very fast and the battery is much better than expected. It is not much time saver but it saves my money more, and its battery charges in 6.4hrs.

The Ampere Magnus electric scooter has been nothing but a headache from the moment I purchased it. First off, let's talk about the charger. Yes, it comes with a supposed 5-year warranty, but guess what? Mine decided to kick the bucket after just 2 years of use. No big deal, right? Wrong. When I tried to claim my warranty for the charger, the company had the audacity to blame it on water damage! Now, here's the kicker - there was absolutely no water damage to be found by the dealer where I submitted my charger for a warranty claim. But oh no, Ampere wants to play the blame game and avoid their responsibilities. It's been over a month now since I submitted my charger, and what do I have to show for it? Nothing. Not only have I not received a backup charger during this time, but the supposed "repaired" charger they sent back was also conveniently labeled as water-damaged. What a load of rubbish! It's clear that Ampere doesn't stand by its warranty claims and would rather fabricate excuses than provide decent customer service.Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of the Ampere Magnus electric scooter. It's not worth the headache, frustration, and false promises.

Pros:Eco-friendly: Electric vehicles like the Magnus produce zero tailpipe emissions, which can help improve air quality and reduce your carbon footprint.Cost-effective: Electric scooters generally have lower running costs than gasoline scooters, as electricity is typically cheaper than gasoline.Long range: The Magnus boasts a claimed range of up to 121 km on a single charge, which is suitable for many commutes.Comfortable: The Magnus is designed with comfort in mind, with features like a spacious seat and ample legroom.Warranty: The Magnus comes with a 3-year standard warranty and an optional extended warranty, which can provide peace of mind.Cons:Speed: The Magnus has a maximum speed of 50 kmph, which may be slower than some riders prefer, especially for longer journeys.Charging time: It can take 4-5 hours to fully charge the Magnus battery, which may be inconvenient for some riders.Availability of charging stations: Depending on your location, finding public charging stations for electric scooters may be challenging.Limited service network: Ampere's service network is still expanding, so service options may be limited in some areas.Mixed reviews on build quality and after-sales service: Some user reviews mention concerns about the build quality and after-sales service of the Magnus. It's advisable to research user experiences and compare them to other electric scooter options before making a decision.

The bike-buying experience was good cause they wanted to sell their bike. Riding experience is very nice. We are facing issues after 9-10 months e.g. Charger not working. To rectify this they took almost 1 month. they don't have an extra charger at a service centre. Stylish Look but weight carrying capacity was not good.

Mindblowing Scooter !

I use this scooter for my daily commute. I must say this is one of the best electric scooters I have ever driven. The practical range I got in my running is around 100km that too with a double-seat ride. In a single seat, one can easily cross a range of 120km. The only thing that's on the negative side is 5.5 hours of charging time. But that's OK as you can charge it for the whole night. I had a little problem in my back due to the lower position of the front seat which got solved by adding some extra foam to the seat. Also it consumes hardly 2 units of electricity which costs around Rs10-15. The charges for service cost after free service is around 250rs which is too low compared to petrol scooters. Overall I would 100%recommend to buy this scooter.

Worst e scooter

Battery is Dead after 1 Year of usage. Poor Service response from Ampere company/ dealer they are not able to provide /replace the new battery, even after 1 month. company Dealers and Authorized persons are not answering the phone calls. Not giving any update about the status of the battery. I'll be happy if they recall their EV.
