Ampere Magnus price in Suri

1. The buying experience was good. I preferred this bike over Hero Electric in this range. That was my big mistake.
2. Riding experience was good for up to 7- 8 months. But after that it starts doing a very good job for example it will stop suddenly when you need more speed to cross the road. And this quality of very good when you are stuck in heavy traffic. Sometimes it will stop at those points where you may have more chances of getting into an accident.
3. Looks are average please don't compare it with Activa. Because they can not compete with ampere because of its poor quality. Ola has a speaker in their scooters but it has " Kahdbad" Sound every time.
4. Servicing this is my favorite. Because only a few cities have it's showroom cum service center. I don't know what they do in servicing. It's a greater quality of service person that you will not feel any difference between before service and after service. A service person may ask you for tips for doing nothing just cleaning your bike. If you tell them about any issue they will ignore you by making some nonsense arguments.

1. Charger shall be placed inside the bike & there should be ac voltage input provision for charging. On overnight charging in common parking buildings, the charger may be stolen.
As there is no fuel tank in this vehicle that space can be utilized for the above purpose. As well as space under seat can be also increased.
2. Battery charging & storage shall be displayed with the percentage in the front display panel.
3. There shall be provision for additional battery connection & fixing.
4. Headlight illumination level needs to be increased.
5. Near the mobile charger, in the mobile holding space, the water drainage hole is not in the proper place. Water is stored after rain.

I bought this bike in April'22, uses only for my office commute, which is 13 km away from my home. The complete charging time is nearly 5 and half hours while it charged to nearly 75% in 3 hours. I generally drive in high-speed mode and get around 80-85 km range. Till now, I have driven nearly 2700 km.
The buying experience was good.. Get it delivered in the expected time. It has never stopped during any ride.
However, the major disappointment is its ride quality. The suspension system is so bad that one can feel every uneven surface of the road and each and every jerk will be transferred to the body. After one month of riding this bike, I am feeling body pains daily. I asked the service center to check twice and in that course, they adjusted the suspension to the maximum possible, but of no usage.. I have raised this issue to their head office a month ago, but no revert yet.
So, overall a decent speed and range, but the worst quality ride.
Ps: I also own 2014 hero karizma and have ridden that in the same route for the last 5 years without any issue.
