This engine is mated to continuous variable transmission and is no more different from other Vespa’s when it comes to performance.
Expect this scooter to be demand Rs 3000 over its LX 125 variant which will take the price of this scooter to around Rs 75,500 ex-showroom Mumbai. And if you think the Vespa S will be the most expensive scooter in India, then you are wrong. Wait for the Vespa 946 which is expected to be priced between Rs 1.40 lakh and Rs 1.70 lakh.
