Worst service centre at Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar. Though bike is good what to do when servicing facility is poor. The monopoly of service centers. You can't raise your complaints also. No proper contact number or higher authority listens to you. At least Suzuki should have customer care to whom service centres are afraid of before cheating customers.

The dealership was really helpful and Suzuki had all the variants available we were genuinely surprised by their service and Suzuki provides the most hassle-free buying experience, it is very stylish but still a robust and cool-looking maxi-scooter, it has an extremely good riding posture and provides good road feel and very feel good riding experience, it gives an average mileage of 40-45 kmpl in city and about 50kmpl on highways, it is very easy to maintain I had 2 paid services done and both were under 1k It has many Pros Stylish riding posture. Easy maintenance. But only 1 Con Aggressive and cool looks great mileage. The seat is not made for long rides

Here's my honest review. I have been using this bike for over 1.5 years and have driven it for 25k kms. Pros: Smooth engine. Super comfortable and wonderful machine for touring. Return good milage in both highways and city. (Above 30 in city traffic) Low maintenance in terms of filter and engine oil. Clutch is a bit stiff and riders under 5.7 will be bit uncomfortable as the bike is tall Cons: Out of excitement I missed doing a predelivery inspection. There was a knocking sound from the front shocks when breaks were applied or when i used to hit a pothole. I brought this to the mechanic's notice at the very first service and I have approached them for the same issue 5 times. Every time they would just tighten some nut and return the bike saying it's fixed. Last time they replaced the coneset still the sound came back after a few hundred kms. I'm frustrated with Suzuki's service. I commute is mostly on highways and traffic never off-road. I wonder how many issues might arise if I go for off-roading. Next is quality of switches: all switches stopped functioning properly after 10k kms. They never replaced it even after complaining several times. I'm facing this issue from reputed service centres from both Udupi and Bangalore(Karnataka). Another issue is suspension is too stiff and the suspension travel is low. Your arms get punished each time you hit a pothole. The worst part is resale value for this bike is too low. The experience so far has been good with the bike having a good peppy engine and adequate power with a linear acceleration. The brakes are good and do the job well with good bite. The phone charger is a good addition. Recently I drove my Suzuki Avenis for 500 kilometers and I liked it very much. Love Avenis
